Everything was just ok.
One of the two elevators was out of service, so that was an issue on a regular basis as it took quite a long time to get up or down. We ended up taking the stairs up and down multiple times to our room on the 15th floor.
There is minimal privacy. There is a decent gap under the door, so you can hear everything in the hallway and in other rooms. We could also hear someone's alarm going off in the room next to us.
The rooms are in decent condition and are clean, same with with the bathroom. But the water pressure was non-existent and there are minimal places to store any clothing, etc.
There were irons and ironing boards stacked up in the hallway the three days were were there, not sure why.
It wasn't the worst hotel by any means, but we will explore other hotels on our next trip before we return to the Hotel St. Clair.
