谨慎选择

给了我一个最旁边的房间，浴室没有热水，已经超过晚上12:00，也不愿意先给我换房间休息，前后花了超过一个小时才修理完毕，而且据说全酒店只有这一个房间热水出问题。工作人员表示，晚上只有一位工作人员，他要负责前台又要负责整间酒店所发生的所有事情根本没有帮手，效率非常差。第二天早上又是没有热水，洗手台都是冷水，后来淋浴才有热水。浴缸下水非常的慢。房间有蚊子还有小飞蛾。早餐面包机不能使用，只有吐司机。酒店看起来似乎装修好，但是內部人员管理非常需要改进。酒店除了人員口頭表示歉意，並未做出任何賠償以及補償的方式。

Terrible service and attitude by shuttle driver

The hotel premises were decent and the room was clean and spacious. No complaints about the room itself other than the bed being a little uncomfortable. However, I had an extremely negative interaction with the airport shuttle driver. I had specifically booked this hotel due to the convenience of being able to take a shuttle to catch an early morning flight. My flight was at terminal T2 of the Barcelona airport however when we stopped at terminal T1, I was yelled at to get out with the rest of the passengers. The driver of the shuttle attempted to force me out and became combative when I told him my flight was at terminal T2. He made some disparaging remarks about me needing to take a Vueling (discount carrier) flight and told me to take a cab instead as he was returning to the hotel. I asked him to call hotel management and he lied saying he didn’t know how to reach them. Eventually after a few minutes of arguing he agreed to take me to my terminal while driving in a very unsafe manner (running over speed bumps and taking sharp turns at full speed) while cursing in Spanish.

Hidden gem

Beautiful hotel close to the airport with a very convenient shuttle service. Fantastic service in the hotel with many bars restaurants and lounge areas. Very spacious and comfortable room. Great place to stay for a day or 2 before flights out of Barcelona. You dont have to leave the hotel

Restaurant was spot on

Airport shuttle was fine, make sure to sign up at check in. Room was a little worn but very clean and had all the necessary comforts. Must give a 5 to the Restaurant. I had 2 meals there, great quality for price, I don't really like salads but had the Mediterranean, ate every bite! Salmon was cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. I really enjoyed the pacing and attention in the Restaurant. There didn't really seem to be a lot of restaurants nearby and I was there for one night before flying out.

tres bonne surprise

arrivée tardive, shuttle bus impecable pour rejoindre l'hotel, bon accueil au checkin malheureusement il etait trop tard pour profiter du diner inclus, on a nous proposé de le transformé en buffet petits dejeuners mais nous devions partir tot sur la navette dommage pas pu profiter du roof top ni de la piscine mais adresse a conserver pour ma prochaine visite a Barcelone dans qlq semaines

Smart and efficient

I didn't have to wait long for the half-hourly transfer from the airport to the hotel (included). Check-in was helpful and efficient, the room quiet and extremely, and I had an excellent dinner in the restaurant. I recommend the duck magret with berries!

Very bad shuttle service

I had bought airport shuttle package. It's written that every 30 minutes there's shuttle. However we've waited in the airport for an hour. There were people who had waited longer than us. It ruined everything. Our 2 year old couldn't sleep on time, he cried and suffered. We were unable to eat as it was already to late to eat so we slept hungry. We were told that the shuttle had an accident. The customers shouldn't have to wait when there's a problem with the shuttle. They could have picked us up with another vehicle or they could've at least informed us that the shuttle will be late. The Hotel took no responsibility at all. Very unprofessional.
