Very disappointing.
Both myself and my client experienced bizarre credit card charges far exceeding what we paid through Hotels.com. Weeks later it still is not resolved which leads me to believe it's part of their business practice to overcharge corporate or business clients in the hopes they will not review their costs. The staff that works the front desk was sometimes great and helpful. This was not consistent, as other staff was seemingly very inexperienced and emotionally volatile. From arguing with and shouting at my client to our team waiting for service while overhearing a young woman complaining loudly about her boyfriend and relationship on a personal call in the lobby.
