The rooms were clean. Whole place seemed newly renovated. My family has been coming to this specific location for about 6 or 7 years, under multiple names. This was one of our best times there. We'll be back, for sure!

The hotel was in a convenient location for what we needed it for. The front desk person was extremely nice, and gave us a little gift bag with water and some granola bars which I appreciated. The lobby seemed recently updated. The hallways looked like they could use an update and while the main part of the room was nice, the bathrooms needed some help. Breakfast was adequate but not great (nothing gluten free for those who this effects.) For the price i would stay here again.

No complaints about cleanliness. Check in was easy enough. There are no elevators for the second floor, so you have to tell them in advance if you’re handicap. For whatever reason, they closed the pool for power washing (routine, not emergency) for the ENTIRE day and did not give anyone a warning. Half of my vacation revolved around my children going swimming and they were highly disappointed as it was our last day and we had planned to swim a majority of the day. Also, the sink in our room did not work. Get to breakfast early because by the last hour there will only be carbs (muffins, waffles, bagels) available. They are very dog friendly.

Overall stay was okay. Main issue was that we arrived an hour and a half AFTER check in time and the room was not ready. The staff member who was at the desk was running around doing it all while the manager stood at the side socializing. There were others waiting to be in their rooms too. The staff was very helpful when you asked for something but there was no offer of new towels or cleaning our room during our stay. Pool and hottub were pretty nice for the price. Rooms were not bad and were clean. Breakfast wasn't anything exciting but at least it was included. Seems like the biggest problem is staff issues. We really only use our room to shower and sleep so we felt it was good for that. Decent location and nice parking.

Stayed for one night. Just did a two day beach trip with my husband. Upon arrival the out door exterior was very clean and kept. The lobby smelt good and looked very clean. The man at the desk who checked us in was very nice and welcoming , they had complimentary coffee all day which I thought was cool. Are room was clean , one of the chair did have a water mark/stain on it thought which was kinda off putting. The bed was clean and comfy . You can tell the hotel went through a renovation. Over all the building looks like it has history. Had a lot of rain one of the days so we went to the indoor pool which there wasn’t a lot of people there so it was quiet and peaceful. Overall the hotel would just have a more polished look lf they deep cleaned the hallway carpets. Very worn but great stay overall.

The bed was very comfortable and was the best part of our stay. We felt safe and secure and had no issues while we were there. Breakfast was pretty standard. The only thing that was a hang up for me was that the carpets in the hallways are in major need of a cleaning. Otherwise, it was a decent option for the price that we spent.

Man where to start, first the young man and woman had incredible customer service, I worried I talked their ear off, it was clean, I loved how they stated in policy is no parties or being loud, it seems to be hard to find these days. The jacuzzi was clean and so much fun to use. The hotel was also tucked in a perfect spot far enough to still be close yet not too close to the highway. Definitely will be back.
