We have stayed here before and like the hotels overall proximity to the highway, and Cracker Barrel next door, but our room was in serious need of a little maintenance. Half the electrical and USB outlets had tape covering them, which presumes they are not functional. Was challenging to find plugs to charge all those things we seem to bring that need charging. Bob at the front desk was great and friendly during check-in. Finally, though the breakfast is free, we got down there 40 minutes before closing and the bacon, eggs and biscuit gravy was empty. When pointing this out to the attendant she just pointed to her cell phone clock, which I guess meant it was too late to restock anything. And then precisely at 9:00 while we were enjoying our juice, yogurt and bagel, she comes up to our table and shows us her cell phone clock with 9:00 on it indicating it was closing hour and time for us to leave. Like say, it's a free meal but can't say I've ever experienced anything like this before.

Whole floor smelled like weed. Shower didnt work. Matrees springs were popping at any move. Road noise was super loud.

We called the hotel ahead of time to make sure there were cribs/infant beds. They said yes of course, just ask and one would be provided. As we were traveling we did not have one. We asked when we check and a were told he didn’t know what those were and that they did not have them. Take it off you main selling points if you do not carry them.

Staff was courteous and the lobby and hallways were clean. However, there were little things in the room that did not seem OK. The bathtub wasn’t very clean the first night. I had to take a cold shower because I didn’t realize cold means hot and hot means cold, the dresser drawers were kind of dirty on the inside with dust and crumbs and the hotel doesn’t have updated smart TVs but overall it wasn’t a bad stay just not a great .
