No gym, no sauna, dirty floors(stains on carpets), no soundproof walls(you can hear your neighbour on the toilet) and the worst is no WIFI signal. You can catch a glimpse of WIFI in toilet but no in the room. Breakfast was ok, but entire hotel looks like a old WW2 prison. Terrible...

Terrible

A run down hotel (which does not do justice to the Vienna House brand) with spiders and spiderwebs everywhere. They are everywhere inside the room, out on the balcony which made opening the balcony door always risky. Air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel. The whole hotel had only one mini fridge which I finally got after a few days in the 30 degree weather the first week after after nagging, complaining and finally shouting. Asked for extra pillows but was told that pillows are according to the number of rooms, so two per room and no more available (they'd have to take one from another room). I am not sure how this hotel continues to function in such a state. I was deceived by the Vienna House brand which from experience in Berlin was excellent. But in Postdam, not at all. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Sehr ruhige Lage. Gut erreichbar. Leider war der Teppich im Zimmer ziemlich schmutzig und müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön und der Park von Sanssouci ist fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt am Hotel ist ein wirklich tolles italienisches Restaurant.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Umgebung dafür aber traumhaft direkt an der Havel. Es gibt eine Beachbar u eine Pizzeria, welche sehr gut war. In die Innenstadt war es zu Fuß auch nicht so weit. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und das Personal wirklich super nett. Wenn man sein Zimmer nicht täglich hat reinigen lassen, gab es als Überraschung morgens Corny Müsliriegel im Säckchen an der Tür. Man könnte etwas Geld in eine Renovierung stecken. Alles in Allem waren wir trotz der Schönheitsmängel sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten auch ein Zimmer mit traumhafter Aussicht über die Havel auf Hermannswerder.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, bevor ich eine Bewertung über das Hotel Vienna by Windham in Potsdam abgebe, bedarf es dringende Klärung bezüglich der Abrechnung. Einmal wurden mir die Kosten von Expedia in Rechnung gestellt am Freitag. Allerdings habe ich am Freitagabend an der Rezeption mit meiner Bankkarte anstatt mit meiner Mastercard bezahlt. Der Betrag war zu dem Zeitpunkt allerdings 199,00 €. Auch habe ich den Mitarbeiter gebeten er möchte mir eine Proberechnung ausdrucken, da der Betrag ja stimmen könnte. Das habe ich IHne mehrmamls gebeten, ich bin mit nicht ganz sicher ob er alles richtig verstanden har, oder seine Arbeit richtig versteht. Auf jeden Fall meinte er er kann mir keine Proberechnung drucken. Erzählte mir dann, ich bekomme die am nächsten Morgen wenn wir den Schlüssel abgeben. Zudem Zeitpunkt bekamen wir auch keine Rechnung. Nun habe wir das Zimmer 2 x mit unterschiedlichen Preisen bezahlt. Wir bitten um sofortige unkomplizierte Reglung der Sache. • Läget var bra. Inte helt centralt, men spårväg till city. Dock svårt att hitta ingången till hotellet vid första ankomsten. • Städningen var säkert ok. Men heltäckningsmattorna var ordentligt ingrodda och borde bytas eller åtminstone rengöras. • Vänlig personal. Bokningen från hotels.com hade inte gått igenom, men det gick bra ändå. • Ingen restaurant på hotellet. Men en bra italiensk restaurant bredvid, dock stängd måndagar.

Vi kom sent och åkte tidigt. Ingen i receptionen när vi kom och det tog en stund innan någon kom. Svårt att förstå hur man skulle göra med parkeringen. Vi bokade superior-rum o de var väldigt stora, så det var bra. Ok standard på rum men inte mer än så. Tyst område.
