This hotel is in an excellent location, next to a vibrant shopping/dining boulevard for walking and only trams. The room size is a bit smaller but that's expected in France. The breakfast spread was awesome with lots of pastries and other options. Will definitely stay again.

Very lovely staff! Anna, Fadha, forgive me for not remembering all your names! Had a larger room on 5 th floor. Elevator stops at 4 th floor- have to carry up from 4 th but no big deal for us. Nice breakfast daily. Staff were quick to resolve any needs/ shortcomings. Location good- right next to grocery store. Fahda gave good recommendations for French restaurant. Would stay here again.

Great staff and great stay!

After our 12 day cruise, my husband and I had an overnight stay before flying back home to the U.S. The staff was amazingly helpful. The hotel was just a few blocks from the promenade and only a block from the tram we took to the airport. We were able to buy our tram tickets from the front desk at face value with no surcharge. This was a great convenience and a very nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable with a cute balcony. The only thing I would change is the pillows. They were square, small, and a bit flat. That was a very minor note for an otherwise perfect stay. Thanks again for the great stay and very helpful staff!

It's a nice hotel in a good location. We had a room with balcony which was a nice addition. There is a big supermarket right across. There is a breakfast option for an extra fee (lots of options). Parking is tiny (6 cars) and hard to get into. There is a street parking (Sunday is free although they old us something different at the reception). We asked them for a thermometer and they had one which was nice. One thing I did not like is internet -- reception was absolutely terrible. When we were moving out, I mentioned it and was told that I should have reported it and they do have another backup to use. Too bad I did not know about it the whole week that we stayed there.

I didn’t like air conditioning didn’t work my room. I smelled like strange smelly like toilet. I paid for 4 day’s breakfast at arrival day. Hotel staff said she gave me discount to$8 per one breakfast. I paid for $32 up front. Then I checked out hotel, front guy said you didn’t pay for breakfast!

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Nice for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality provided by this hotel. Coming from the US, Best Western doesn’t have the strong brand reputation…but this place completely changed my view. Location was perfect - 8 mins walk from the train station and located right on the Main Street with access to the tram. There is a small parking lot in front of the hotel which makes loading/unloading easy. The staff was amazing - friendly and helpful. They surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco and desserts for our anniversary celebration. We were able to enjoy the present on our balcony watching the city transform itself into the evening. The room was small - but it is on par with the hotels in France so far. The shower was really nice with the rainfall design but I only wished that there were some shelves inside the shower. Breakfast buffet was another highlight with the freshly squeezed Orange juice! I definitely got enough vitamin C during my stay. The hotel was well kept with a lounge area in the lobby for all day coffee/tea. There was only one small elevator for 5 floors, so we took advantage of the stairs next to it whenever we get. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Nice!

En magisk vistelse!!!!

Detta var ett av dem bästa vistelser jag varit på. Hotellet låg väldigt bra till, till precis allt vi ville se och göra. Nära till tågstation vilket gjorde det lätt för oss att upptäcka andra grannstäder. Sköna kuddar på hotell rummet. Finns luftkonditionering vilket var ett väldigt stort plus. Otrolig härlig personal som tog hand om oss väl. Fanns absolut inget negativt med detta hotel. Hotellet ligger precis bredvid spårvagnen. Det hörs lite till rummet men inget vi störde oss på. Vi gillar ljud runt om oss så det var bara skönt. Städningen var väldigt bra. Otroligt trevliga städerskor. Alla var så snälla och hälsade. Vi är otroligt tacksamma och glada för vi valde Superior rum. Då vi fick en helt magisk balkong och rum. Balkongen gav oss en smak på fransk balkong livet. Finns inget negativt med denna vistelse. Skulle rekommendera om och om igen till alla som väljer att åka till Nice och vill bo centralt. Då är detta för er.
