Went for the annual Jazz Fest in MD . Hotel was amazing . Staff was attentive and great customer service . For myself and my significant other that travels quite a bit this a must stay when in Maryland .

Hotel was fine, but the parking lot was not safe. All 4 wheels were stolen off our car, other cars were stolen completely or vandalized. The hotel did nothing to warn their guests or help to resolve the problem. I would not recommend staying here.

Do not stay at this hotel. Trashy facility, out dated, our shower wouldn’t drain and there was mold on the ceiling. They put us in a room upstairs and the shower valve was falling out of the wall. Andrew was the only person that helped us out during our stay and try and accommodate us/make our experience pleasurable. I did have to text him since if you call the front desk they just don’t answer the phone. Stay anywhere else

Andrew was such a help and very pleasant to speak with. However the night crew, was horrible. The night crew was extremely rude to my mom, my aunt, and my cousin all at different times. Each one of them had the same complaint about her attitude and the way she spoke to them individually. Funny thing is that everyone was alone for each encounter. She alone is why we would choose to not stay at this hotel again.

Overall, the stay was excellent except for one of the employees that works the front desk. Her name is Connie and she worked the night shift. I have already emailed the hotel manager and will be emailing corporate headquarters regarding this employee and how she treated me as a customer.
She has no customer service skills and was very rude and condescending. This employee would serve the hotel better not interacting with the public.
I would like to give kudos to Andrew who works the front desk during the day he went above and beyond to help me with my reservation before I arrived, and made sure everything was taken care of.
This was a family trip and we reserved three separate rooms. My family members experienced the same treatment as I, in interaction with Connie.

On day two we did not get the room cleaned nor clean towels brought in. Day three trashed out emptied, but did not get any wash clothes.

Very poor experience. Front Desk Manager was rude, inappropriate, unprofessional and a liar. She refused to check me in and told me to get out.
The Manager was called and apologized for the rogue employee and 50% comped my room.
It is sad that she is retained and ruins the experience of guests.
