Locked out of lobby at 230p when trying to check in. Staff seemed indifferent. Not rude, but not overly kind. Floors dirty in elevator and hallway both on check in and checkout.

6/10 不错

This is one of the cheaper places in town, so don’t expect a lot. The room was clean, and the bed was fine. The bathroom is OK. The place is in need of maintenance, painting the walls, fixing cracks, cleaning, carpets, etc. The management is definitely not taking care of that. The breakfast is not mentioned, there is coffee, tea, muffins, and oatmeal if you want. The folks above me were doing something, not quite sure, dancing, wrestling, moving things around, or maybe it was third shift room renovations — whatever it was, it felt and sounded like it was happening in my room. So the ceilings are thin. Did not sleep well as result.

Disgusting place. Have stayed in 3rd world country hostels that were nicer. They are overcharging for what this is. Worse than motel 6

While the staff were friendly and helpful they were let down by the property itself. An interesting aroma throughout the property. We had to move rooms as our original room had no power lead for the TV, the second room was less pungent which was welcome! Both beds in the room were supported by wonky legs which we needed to reposition to stop them from swaying / toppling. The bed base made a lot of squeaking / springy noises

8/10 非常棒

The staff at Extended Stay were extremely kind and welcoming. The room had a few repairs that needed to be made, but nothing that changed our opinions on the hotel itself. The location was great, and if you're wanting to do things downtown, this is the perfect location. I would highly recommend.

真实点评

6/10 不错

I liked the fact that the staff was very helpful. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay such a high deposit before I could get my room. Then you only get two sets of towels it was three of us. Overall I did us the laundry facilities and I liked having a decent kitchen for the kids. The parking lot floods so dont park in the middle, I had to swim to my car, the water was up to my doors.
真实点评

2/10 较差

Our room was not clean. The kitchen didn't have a functioning sink and the bathroom sink was clogged. Dirty, unswept floor. We reached out to management about the clogged sink and they did not put us in a new room.

Rooms were not the cleanest. We killed a roach or two. The furniture needs to be upgraded.

4/10 一般

The property was dirty, the evening staff was not friendly, the kitchen in the room was out dated , and there was no towels in the room. The carpet in the lobby, hallway, and the room was nasty. I would not recommend this hotel in this area.
