The staff at this facility, with the exception of the person that checked us in, was impolite. They banged on the door at 8 am after they knew we arrived late. Then they would call early too, to remind if check out day and time. It felt like the pushed us to leave, The “breakfast”-that’s misleading. They would not refill things and if the staff that was supposed to work there was asked, he ignored us. They kept the milk container out, so it didn’t feel cold and I was worried if getting sick. One cereal only, and old, small Croissants. The location I thought would be at least good, but that was misleading too because you are not close to the beach, and anything worthwhile: Super loud, probably due to crime close to the hotel. So many staff was just unfriendly and nothing was done to make the place feel special. I don’t feel I can rx this place.

Miami’s weekend trip

The staff was very nice and helpful however I was not completely aware that the shower is located in the room rather than in a separate bathroom. I stayed here with a friend and we would need to leave the room whenever one of us needed to shower as the jacuzzi was converted to a shower. Breakfast was also very limited with only bread and hard boiled eggs offered. The staff however was really nice and attentive and the location is very convenient to the beach.

Tenía miedo de llegar al hotel por los malos Comentarios pero debo decir que nuestra estancia fue increíble! La ubicación del hotel es excelente ! Es como un hotel boutique y está limpio y todo funcional en la habitación. Aire, agua con buen flujo ella regadera etc. El personal muy amable y el desayuno es como en cualquier hotel de este rango de precios. Volvería sin duda, gracias por todo !

Primero que todo quiero recalcar que el servicio es horrible , una noche no me dejaron toallas y tuve que decirle al conserje , fue hacia el laundry y le las entregó le dije que las subiera para arriba que ese no era mi trabajo yo vine a relajarme a Miami , luego en la mañana solo hay dos huevos hervidos insípidos para el desayuno , el pan era el más viejo posible , en cuestión de parqueo , no hay !!!!

We were extremely disappointed in the service and nature of our hotel stay. Very outdated. We specifically booked the room to enjoy the jacuzzi and we had to repeatedly ask maintenance to fix the water temperature and all they did was refill the jacuzzi with hot water from a hose that connected to the building that only lasted for an hour or two. We had a double vanity sink with one that had a broken faucet. They had no spare towels for us and the establishment only had one iron that we had to rent with our ID cards. Breakfast was the bare minimum did not look appealing at all. Next time i will save my money not worth it. Especially for the price

I don’t know where to start from this experience that I had from Friday to Monday I came out here to celebrate and get away with my girls to celebrate a birthday. The minute I went in there was a problem from no AC working after the fact for paying for my security deposit for the hotel After that was done we went upstairs. Hey welcome to the shower where the full flood in the bathroom floor oh yes, don’t forget to remind you that the sink candle was broken and the sink was clogged from. No parking to staff not even being there past midnight no breakfast just boiled eggs it was the worst Experience I ever had in Miami. I would never go back to this torturous hotel again I am not the person to write reviews, but I think it’s good for this. I don’t want no one to go through hotel horrors like I went through for my birthday. Oh please let’s not forgot The fact that I want to warm something up in the microwave completely shut down on me to the point. It was just running and the time it was stuck I couldn’t even open the microwave so I had no lunch.

This property is located on a one-way Street, then a side street to access which can be confusing if you are not from the area. There is street parking for a fee all day except during the hours of 3:00 a.m. till 9:00 a.m. there is no fee. This hotel has minimal parking at $35 per day. One block over is a parking garage that is $40. The room decor was very nice, however there was one half roll of tissue and I had to get another during my 4-day stay, the toilet had urine on the seats which I took pictures of. The staff which was very minimal was okay however I did not appreciate some information that was not provided upon arrival when asked such as parking. It is on the website, so I did not complain. In fact I did not complain about anything that was of discomfort to me. There is a resort fee of 25 to 35 per day which is absurd when there is no parking. The breakfast is extremely Continental which only had toast, boiled egg, water, Orange juice, coffee. That is it. I heard another party complain about such. The outside of the hotel has a historic look but a very nice appearance. The bed was absolutely uncomfortable as the mattress seems to be foam fitting to the body. There were no mirrors in the room except the bathroom. I chose not to express my concern as I wanted to enjoy my vacation. The traffic is horrible! Lastly, you can hear every footstep and the elevator in your room and I was on the other end away from the elevator.

Room was dirty with blood stains on curtain and hair on bed. Bathroom looked like horror movie bathroom with rusted chair in the shower area, paint peeling off. Their breakfast is simply not breakfast. Milk was in open jug in miami heat. They put ice in the milk to keep it kinda cold. 1 slice of bread per person with peanut butter and jam(slotched in a small open bowl for all people and flies) and watery coffee. We were there for a cruise. The girl at reception alarmingly told us that there were 7 cruises departing on that day instead of the usual 3-4 and that people often miss their ship when that happens and taxi/uber dropping people at beginning of port due to too much traffic. Upon checking only we indeed found out there were 7 departures on that day. She convincingly told us not to rely on those if we wanted to get to port on time and traffic could take 3 hrs. She offered a private transportation service that cost about the same as taxi/uber, it was already 12:30. We accepted. There was not a drop of traffic. The service cost us 120$, it was not a limo service either. Bit of a bitter start to cruise. Bottom line,do not go to that hotel, do not listen to any bs these people might tell.

We had the worst experience with this hotel. We booked two rooms for 2 nights. However my mother’s flights had delays and so she wouldn’t be able to check in until the following day. We told the staff this. Told them we still wanted the room and would need it and we would pay for the empty room until she arrived. When she did arrive the next day we learned they rented out that room to another family.. so we paid two nights for a room that they ended up renting to another family essentially seeking 2 payments for the same room. Also there was NO air conditioning in any of the rooms. The hallways and front desk had full AC but the rooms were incredibly hot and sticky. The only good thing about this property is Terry who works at the front desk. He tried his hardest to help us in every way possible and made light of a lot of awful situations. Thank you for the laughs, Terry!

The TV did not work nor did the nightstand lamp. The interior rooms are nice, but there are some areas that are lacking. There werr supposed to be beverages stocked in the room. There were none. I think it has to do with staffing and demands on the environmental staff. The stay was adequate while I waited for a friend to arrive for a conference in town.

There was no shampoo or conditioner. The soap bar was the cheapest possible you could buy so I had to order my own soap and shampoo from CVS. The front desk clerk lied and said they didn't have cutlery when they clearly do for their breakfast. He just didn't want to go get it. Room had no blow dryer, no cups, no coffee maker.

I booked for February 25th to March 1st, 2025 for my husband and I. We ended up Checking out to another facility after 2 nights. The hotel doesn’t have anything other than the bed you sleep on. The bed comforter has stains. They said they provide breakfast but there are no options other than a piece of bread with hard boiled egg. The TV was also limited to recorded shows or outdated news. I guess we got what we paid for. I also asked if the other 2 nights could be refunded, the employee said since I booked through Expedia that I can not get a refund. Also , they collected 25 dollar per night as resort fee, I wonder what that meant when there are no other amenities other than your bedroom. The front desk employees are very professional and helpful.
