Parking is limited around 10 spots , very narrow that other cars gets scratched. Building is old and you can tell by the smell . Otherwise 3 star . Helpful staff and decent for the cost and location is downtown .

Super helpful and welcoming staff. Room was clean and having a microwave and fridge at my disposal was super convenient. The location was ideal, especially considering I was on foot for 3 days and took the Metro Rail to and from the airport. I would stay again in a heartbeat

This is a 1 star place. Not 2 stars as Hotels.com claims. If you are looking for a 1 star stay, this is that. I wanted 2 stars and this was nowhere near that. Staff was very nice. There are plenty of convenience stores and eats nearby. Very convenient to bus/trains to get around. Room has a fridge and microwave. A/C worked well. Be advised: There are no elevators Only toiletries are bar soap and moisturizer. It's close enough to the Trimet train lines the rooms shake when they come through.

Older property, could use new carpeting, paint, etc. Underground parking spots are ridiculously tight. Having said that, the location in the heart of PSU district is great — 2 blocks from amazing farmers market, for instance — and the price is low.

Centrally located mere blocks from the art museum, dozens of coffee shops, and parks. The staff is very obliging and friendly. It’s an older Motel, but my room was huge and had lots of windows. Parking was a challenge at the beginning because of the one-way streets, but I quickly figured it out. I would come again. It’s also air conditioned, which was great because Portland was having a heat wave.
