Great resort

We stayed at this resort while driving to the Lencois Maranhases from Fortaleza (arrived at 23:00 and left 09:00 next day). When checking in at night, I couldn't wait to fall a sleep, but in the morning I realized what kind of a nice resort this is. Would like to come back for an extended stay with the family to fully enjoy this place.

Amazing location, friendly staff. Awesome pool with amazing drinks by the pool. Beach is a short 2-minute walk. Weather is always great…don’t forget the sunscreen. A nice restaurant at the hotel and two bars, one at the pool. Overall, an amazing experience with no negatives.

Reservamos 6 quartos, chegamos antes do horário do checkin e nos foi informado que os quartos só seriam liberados no horário pré estabelecido que era às 14:00h. Chegou o horário e nada. Os funcionários não sabiam informar que horas liberaria o quarto e nem procuravam fazer nada para resolver a situação. Só foram liberar os quartos por volta das 16:00h. Fomos atrás do gerente que disse que nos procuraria e até hoje nenhum contato, nem nada. Muito decepcionante a experiência.
