This was supposed to a non smoking hotel. Room smelled like cigars and weed. Every time I walked in my room and several time during the day and night. Room was needs several upgrades it’s old. When I checked in the desk person charged my card and then said it was declined so I had to use a different card. Had to wait to get to a refund for the first charge. Got charged twice again the next day for two sodas. The manager was cool but the two of desk people need more training. Also the guy working Friday night needs some hygiene training it’s tough trying to check in when you smell like deodorant has never been your friend.

My kids got stuck at DFW airport during this last ice storm. I live 2 hours away and wasn’t able to leave my driveway to pick them up. Their flight was coming in at 10pm and I was concerned that they wouldn’t be able to make it to the hotel. I called and spoke with Daniel, who was awesome! He assured us that their shuttle would get them there and I was concerned about late check out, as I wasn’t sure how fast it would thaw out here. He let them have a late check out and took care of them. The hotel is a little old but they felt safe there and well taken care of. It’s not a 5 star hotel but there were no bugs or other concerning things. Thanks Daniel!
