This is a standard 4 star hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size although looking a bit tired. The hotel could provide more infomation in the room about the facilities, and what is available. I was however impressed by the speed of the lifts, especially as I was on the 8th floor!
The main problem with the hotel is its location. Especially if you are on a city break to Verona. The hotel is quite isolated being in the middle of an industrial area. However, ther is an IMax, a short walk away, and the Commercial Centre (shopping mall with a large supermarket) is about a 5 minute walk.
The only real way of getting to the city is either using the free shuttle service, or by taxi. A taxi will cost about €20 to the station or city, depending on day of the week and time etc. The shuttle service has restricted times, and needs to be booked the day before. There is a bus service, which goes from the Commercial Centre to the station, but this is very infrequent, and is a 15-20 walk from the hotel.
The hotel can provide evening meals, which is helpful as there are very few restaurants in the area. The Commercial Centre does have a KFC and other eateries, but it closes at 8:30 pm.
In summary, you can get hotels closer to the city, but you will be paying 2 to 3 times the price - it's your choice!
