숙박 룸 정리정돈 뿐만 아니라 아침식사 메뉴, 세탁 건조기 사용 등 사용하는데 편리하고 스태프들이 친절해서 매우 좋았습니다. 야외수영장 사용에도 타월 비치되어 있어서 편하게 이용했구요.

High Marks for This Hotel-Would Stay Here Again
This is a very fine hotel with very comfortable beds, clean nice bathroom, very good breakfast included, well maintained property. Also very close to shopping, restaurants, fast food, in a very clean beautiful city. Very nice employees.

Girls trip stop
This was a comfortable stop on our way back from the Grand Canyon - a girls trip. Everything was clean, comfortable, seemed new, good breakfast, and we enjoyed the pool. The only negative was the lack or limit of wifi, but otherwise it was a great stay.

reservation upset
first i am upset at hotels.com the hotel did not have my reservation, it took 3 trys before i was able to chat via email.
cant talk to a live person. so the hampton inn took me in and i had to pay there price because they only had 3 rooms left. so hotels.com emails me that they will charge me a cancellation chargse i told them to call the hotel, which they did and that i will not be charged a cancellation, and they will refund me back my charges.
i cant believe that i could not talk to a live person.

Good place to stop and gather.
Convenient and a good place to stop.
The woman at the front desk was a bit brusque and snarky. But she did the job of checking us in efficiently.
The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.
The property was super in offering an early (very) to accommodate the race we were there to be part of. That was great!

Comfort stay
It was very comfortable and quiet. I was there for two nights for work so it was nice that it was quiet so I was able to get a good night sleep and be ready in the morning. Good hot breakfast and coffee

I have stayed at this property numerous times in the past. Upon arrival for a confirmed reservation they refused to accept my temporary Texas Drivers License. The front desk gave me NO alternative such as; my physical credit card to obtain the reservation, the Orbitz confirmation text message, my previous stay history AND my Hilton Rewards Account. Plus, they offered to cancel the reservation, to which I agreed and I exited the property to a Marriott Fairfield Inn 30 miles away. This morning 4/22/25 I found that the reservation had NOT been canceled and the full amount charged to my credit card. Of course, the charge has been disputed and credited to my account. This may be a "one off" incident and I will never stay at a Hilton property in the future.

After a terrible breakfast experience, where the food attendant was coughing in the prep room we returned to our room to get ready for the day. My husband was in the shower, I was lounging on the bed and two employees entered the room. They exited as soon as I announced my presence. We called the front desk, and informed the manager on duty who said she would look into it. We didn’t hear back until we checked out. She then stated that the room was placed “out of order” and that the bed was to be taken apart. I asked why we were put in a room that was out of order - no good response to that.
I have honestly had really good luck with Hampton properties-but would not recommend this location.
