Pet friendly? Bulls**t.

Pet friendly? NOT A CHANCE IN HELL!! Staff members were afraid of my docile and very friendly golden retriever. At check-in, I had to pay a deposit that was more than I paid for a three-night stay. When I went to checkout, the front desk clerk made sure I had my dog in my truck explaining he had to go up and inspect my room. He came back and said he had to keep $50 of my $150 deposit because of a smell he detected. This was before the maid service! The room had no detectable odor when left it. Also, this property is off of a major road but still difficult to get to. My advise; stay away from any hotel under the Anish, Inc. properties if you are traveling with your dear four-legged family member. Note to Avi: Don't do me the dishonor of patronizing me with a response. I will never stay in any of your "pet friendly" properties and will be sure to share this experience with everyone I know that may be traveling in that vicinity. I give you a ZERO rating out of ten.

Sick 2 year old=$40 charge for ONE towel.

When I checked in a nice young man explained to me that they I had a $3 fee still due that can only be paid at the property. He explained to me how it was to cover the cost raising prices and even the cost of sheets and towels that are occasionally stolen. I completely understood this. However, the next morning before checkout, I went to the lobby so that I could make them aware of my 2 year old getting sick the night before. I did not want to call them to have them clean it up off the floor. So I did use one of the towels to clean it up. It was not the same man who was there the day I checked in. He went and checked the room and said everything was fine. Then tells me he was going to charge me $40 for the ONE towel I used to clean up my two year olds vomit. I could have went and bought a few towels for that amount of money. Plus, is what was the $3 cleaning fee for? Do they actually prefer us to call them and let them clean up the puke? I am very curious as to how much of that $40 even went to the motel since he kept it out of my deposit that I had paid on cash. It wasn't the worst motel I had stayed in and definitely not the best. Especially since the closet door was broke and almost fell on my daughter as she was opening it.

Room not Serviced

After we arrived, we webt up to the room, the card didnt work got a replacement card. When we entered the room, the bed was unmade, fast food saxk and drink was on the dresser, diry towls on bathroom floor. Obciously the cleaning of the room was skipped. We received a new room, it was a suite. It was decent.

Pretty people did it

I had a claen no sign I had been there. But no vacuum to vacuum for myself though. They only gave 60 $ of a 100 deposit because the maid was going to have to vacuum. No stains no spills just easily run the vacuum across the yes in need of it floor. While i stayes no maid service. Matter of fact when I had to ask for towels, I myself had to put it in the maids laundry bucket. That man pointed me and led me to the tub. I didnt mind until I found out they went in my room the night be4 checkout and to check . And never even picked up my trash sealed up by the front door. They decided to call the cops and the cops were cool. I had done nothing wrong not screamed yelled. Just want to be treated right. Civil suit no not worth it. But the insult was noted.
