What a crappy hotel.

The room was stained. Floor was sticky. Tables were crusty. Remote was sticky. Bathroom towels and shower curtain was stained. Heat in room did not work. Lots of rust on fixtures. Bathroom fan not cleaned.

Terrible

Booked the room. We were able to get to Shakopee Mn by 1:30pm. I realized check-in wasn't until 3pm. Was told room was cancelled and the price went up over $20.00 more. Than we walk into the room after our concert at 1am. One towel. Bed spread was dirty. Floor was dirty. No TV remote. Very little toilet paper and the sweet smell of pot being smoked in the hallway. Go to the night clerk to get towels and toilet paper and got nothing. I realize this will more than likely end up getting deleted by hotels.com. that's okay. I have over a million looks on my Google maps reviews.

I don’t recommend

The lobby was nice, the person at the front desk friendly. I had to put a $100 deposit down in addition to payment for room. The room wasnt so great. The floor tiles were coming up and we kept tripping over them. The pillows were very thin, there was really no blanket on the beds it was so thin. There was barely any lights in the room. No cups or the usual items except shampoos, etc. Very few thin towels and one was very dirty! The toilet wasnt bolted down and there were many spots they missed when cleaning. On a good note, even tho the tub was slippery and my friend got hurt, the showerhead was amazing. When we checked out i asked if they needed to look at the room to give my deposit back. We left it in great condition. The owner said no. He asked if i had a receipt for the deposit but noone had given me any paperwork. I has to show him my online bank account to prove they had taken it. He then made me scan a qr code and give a review before he would refund my deposit. I told him i was a reviewer and would do it later because i was late for an appt. He wouldnt let me leave and give my deposit until i reviewed the place. I wrote a quick review. He then took my phone and added to my review!

Don't be fooled by the pictures

I booked my room with them based on some nice looking online images, but once I arrived I found the room to be filthy and very poorly remodeled. There were multiple stains from who knows what on the walls, it smelled funny in the hallways, the flooring was coming up, outlet covers were missing, and I found a wood tick crawling on my pillow, which initially freaked me out because I thought it was a bedbug. When I called the front desk to ask for another room they were annoyed and said "well, what do you want me to do about it." It's a slum.

Good experience

Honestly it was better than most hotels. I was shocked. The only issue I had was the noise in the morning. Some guests decided to play with doors it sounded like. From 5am-7am. I don't what they were doing. The breakfast shocked me also. They had pancakes, waffles, orange juice, oatmeal, ect but no meats or scrambled eggs. It was clean and have a diner right across the street. 20mins from mall of america

Terrible Service 101

Terrible experience: room was not ready. Attendant helped take my luggage to the room(thanks). When we arrive at the room the door was wide open. I left the hotel and when I returned in a rush to use the toilet the light in the rest room did not work. There was no soap, only 1 hand towel, no bath towels or washcloths. The room was heated by a replacement plug in portable heater which did not provide adequate heat for minus 14 degree temperature. I had to get a blanket from my car. It was very hard to connect to the wifi after having to go to the front desk to get it from a reluctant attendant who just pointed to it on a small poster behind him. I had to take a picture with my phone). In conclusion, the light was replaced, towels were delivered after 2 attempts to get enough,and 3 very tiny slivers of soap were delivered (hardly big enough to wash your hands let alone your body). the curtain rail or hanger was broken( I couldn't close them to keep the light out or prevent someone from looking in.) The arm chair was worn and dirty. The sink was cracking and had no stopper. Oh,and no iron, I guess you had to request it.

Worst hotel ever

Place was very dirty, so much so that I didn’t actually spend the night. Found a much better place to stay in the area. No smoking signs everywhere yet the place stunk of marijiauna and cigarettes smoke. Mold on ceilings in bathroom, sink was not cleaned. This place is just overall dump.

Dont come unless you want an infection.

It was very unclean. Pee stains on the bathroom sink, walls had substances on it along with holes. There were crumbs all over the bed and carpet. And the heat was from a small space heater on the night stand. It smelt very musty as well.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the room wasn't very clean. Housekeeping cleaned the hallway floors every morning at 6 with a cleaning agent that really smelled. They say no pets allowed, but there was a dog there that kept us up all night

Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Arrived and hotel at 2:54 pm to check in. Was told check in starts at 3 PM and wait in lobby. When I got to room… noticed a space heater. The main heat in room didn’t work! Minnesota in January and no heat? Turned on TV… didn’t work. Went down to front desk… nobody there. Had to call and wait for someone to check it out. Bathroom in shower was full of mold. Stains everywhere. Walked barefoot in middle of night… feet turned BLACK! The Minnesota Department of Health will be contacted. It’s literally unsafe to stay here. Took several pictures to show the filth and broken parts of room. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE! I have several pictures to prove this situation… just no place to post here. Don’t stay here, it literally could be a matter of life or death !

We tried checking in and the desk staff didn’t know how to charge a card and wanted to “xerox” my card for the manager to run it the next day!! Went to our room, stunk so bad in the hallway. The flooring was peeling up in the room. Bedding was old, stained and stinky. All 4 pillows were flat and hard. Tried to cancel and the desk clerk wrote it down. We left and got a bill for 2 nights!!
