Everyone was courteous. Finding the place wasn’t easy. But we had a rental car. The room had a great view. It was next to an amazing bar and pool. Our only downfall was we found a crack pipe/ crack vile/ bag of weed and another pipe hidden on top of the kitchen cabinet. Management didn’t take responsibility for it claiming it was probably a previous tenant left it behind. Didn’t offer us any compensation, or anything. We felt uneasy about it and didn’t let housekeeping in. Worried maybe someone would come back to get it. I got rid of everything I found as I didn’t want it in our possession. Other than that the staff were all very nice especially the staff at Sudi’s Bar where we had delicious fish tacos.

The pillow cases and sheets were dirty in the room didn’t realize til the next day. The remote didn’t work. Came home and now I have small bumps all over my body that itch room looked it up and there the same bumps as bed bugs.

I would recommend staying here if you want to be in the Sapphire Bay Area. Our room was very nice and spacious and included a patio that overlooked the marina. My only complaint with the room was that the bathroom door didn’t open or close easily due to the wood being warped. The property included beach access and restaurant options; I’d like to in particular call out Sudi’s Bar and Grille for being a great breakfast choice. The swimming pool area is decent but could use a little TLC. I also wasn’t very happy with my check-in as the person we worked with did not greet us warmly or provide us with much information. There’s not much to do in the immediate area other than the beach, so be prepared to have a rental or use a taxi. Luckily the latter is very easy to catch as there was always one around.

Lovely stay

Great stay, the only thing I see wrong is that there's no bell man available to pick you up if you need assistance, also theirs no cable in the room just in case you don't know to use the apps on the smart tv
