The unit itself was pretty nice and the pool and spa were very nice. The only thing that could have been better was our bathtub. It had been painted and the paint was peeling and just not great for taking a bath in. Staff was very nice and helpful. Did enjoy our time there.

Up-to-date accommodations were an excellent value with a window and balcony looking directly onto the beach. Parking is easy right on the premises. The property is undergoing some exterior repair and enhancement with attendant noise during the week though apparently not on the weekend. We would stay here again.

My fiancee and I stayed here for a weekend and it was amazing. We had all the amenities like a full size kitchen and 1 bedroom suite. Having a balcony with ocean view was super relaxing in the morning and nights. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return! All the staff members we ran into were really nice. The price was amazing and definitely worth it.

Sadly from the hurricanes, the pool and access to the beach were still not available during our stay. it was a typical hotel down on the beach in daytona - you can tell it was old and dingy but they did a decent job keeping the place clean. location was ok, not too far from things. overall we had a good stay and check in and out was super easy. we were content w the stay

it was a good property for the price. A little old. The sofa bed was no made when we got there. The hotel knew there was three of us coming so he bed should have been made. There was no shampoo provided which was very annoying. The ocean view however was very nice. Also the pool area was completely destroyed, which was surprising

Thorough honest review. Great place and value. Our unit, seemed to be recently updated, with the exception of the tub. Beautiful cabinets in the kitchen, higher end appliances, new sleeper sofa. This unit has a designated bedroom. Lots of storage space which includes a closet and dresser. A small tv in the bedroom, but suits the need. Decent sized balcony with 2 chairs and a table overlooking the Atlantic. Staff was very friendly. Property has gas grills, which is a nice touch if traveling with a family. Fully stocked kitchen, as well. Pool is quite small for the number of units, but well kept. They also have shuffle board, corn hole, ping pong, fire pit and a hammock on the multiple sun decks. Parking is underground, which is nice to avoid seaspray on your vehicle, if staying for any length of time. PLENTY of luggage carts, which I find so many places I stay at lack. AND...they are in great condition. They are located where you park. I like that you need a key to come up from the beach, to avoid non-guests, from coming in from the beach to use the pool etc. Tiny negatives, our tub didn't match the rest of the updated unit. Very old and battered. Maybe it's next on the update list. But, the hot water was amazing!! Down in the lobby, they have a basket with some snacks to purchase. My husband and I went down for a late night snack, but it was after hours and found out they only took cash and they don't have an ATM. Overall, great stay. Will return.

Pool and hot tub were getting redone so no access to them. Back door to the deck never locked. People were hanging out right outside the door and I was sleeping there. Check in was a nightmare. Made us move rooms from one building to the other, after the first night. Woke us in the morning to get out as we didn't belong in that room. We had 2 towels and wash rags for the 4 days. I dish rag and one dish towel but had a pile of pillowcases for some reason. Our key cards didn't work to get in the building, so we had to intercom them to open the doors. The staff were very rude about this. It isn't supposed to be locked until dusk but was. Price was good but I see why. They should let people know the amenities really are when checking the web.
