Property was as described and clean, staff is horrible and the check in process is a disaster. It takes a 10-minute conversation to get checked in, so the line is backed up to at least 5-6 people, and then they route you to another person to get your parking permit for your car. That guy was super creepy and started asking my teenager if she liked to take photos of herself. He then tried to say it was because he was selling photobooks on Shutterfly?
