Can’t speak highly enough of the staff, they were above & beyond! However, room smelt of cigarette smoke even though we were on a “non-smoking floor” and the roof began leaking into the room the last night of our stay.

The night manager was excellent. When we checked in and got to our room it was not clean, went back to the front desk and spoke with the manager, she took care of it with grace and care. She got us moved to another room even though the hotel was booked. She was very helpful and pleasant. She turned a horrible experience into the best night stay ever. I didn't get her name but she was very helpful and gave the best service.

Unacceptable. I used to work at a Hampton 7yrs.

I arrived late and I felt like I was put in a room that is normally kept out of order. Hair was on bed sheets & bath mat ( could have been transfer from laundry attendant maybe) went to front desk to get new ones. Hair was in tub & sink. The plunger for tub was not attached and laying on side of tub. Full length closet door mirror didn't stay shut. coffee maker spit water everywhere, TV remote had a button or two that didn't work tried new batteries that did not help. The towels were not stocked as usual. Had 1 bath, 2 hand, & 2 washclothes. Mattress felt like I slept where everyone sleeps and like springs are starting to come thru. Shower curtain had spots on it, mold maybe? Lighting was very low as if they didn't want you to see things. Stain on carpet. Some kind of black dots on bathroom floor that wouldn't come up. No Do not disturb sign even after asking for one. Microwave didn't work. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Once when I called I was on hold for 20+ min. Next time I got a very sweet person. One night person (male) was just meh. Not overly friendly, not rude. Fire alarm went off during stay had to stand in the cold for 20+ min while they figured out it was a false alarm. That was fun! Sadly I was pretty disappointed. I've worked at a Hampton for 7yrs this is NOT our standard & to me was unacceptable. I've also stayed here multiple times no issues. Oh, housekeeper had family there (husband, daughter, & son helping her) but all were very nice & helpful!

Traveled with my dog. Not a great area for potty breaks and walks. Lots of trash thrown on the side of the road and worst of all chicken bones that my pup happened to find! Be careful. Rooms need an upgrade, carpets are filthy and bathtub had mold around it. I was also bitten 3 times in the bed. The air conditioning unit was also extremely loud when it kicked on.

Our room didn't receive the quality of cleaning that I would have expected. I cleaned the bathroom when we arrived and wiped down all of the common surfaces (door handles, lamp switches, remote control, headboard area, etc.) with Clorox wipes that I brought from home. My "complimentary" toiletries were almost empty so it was advantageous that I do not use them anyways. The floor did not appear to have been vacuumed as I found old cereal and copious amounts of hair. Other than that, the staff was courteous and the bed was comfortable.

Amazing breakfast!

Just a quick overnight stay on a long road trip…perfect for what we needed. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING, and the attendant was super sweet and attentive!
