The staff is wonderful and attentive but the furniture is old and the bed/pillows were extremely uncomfortable. There were only two bath towels and zero wash cloths provided. The location is beautiful and the balcony was awesome for city/water viewing. Overall probably wouldn’t stay again.

Um bom hotel.
A recepção normal.
No aplicativo constava que tinha traslado do aeroporto/hotel-hotel/aeroporto e as recepcionistas disseram que não tinha.
Vista incrível do quarto.
O restaurante fecha cedo e não tem nenhuma opção perto ou tele-entrega.
Piscina não é térmica. Não tem sauna.
O atendimento do café da manhã é excepcional. Atendentes super atenciosas.

Boiling in Barcelona.
We had high hopes for this hotel but were let down several times. This is a great location to stay for a night or two pre-cruise. The Barcelona cruise terminals are a five minute cab ride. That's about the only plus for this hotel. The check in was slow, the service was slow and frankly the staff was not that friendly. Sergio was great. He was the one bright spot in the staff. Room service food is bland. All of the above pales in comparison to the "Superior" room we booked. Asthetically the room was nice but it was so hot!! Both days that room was like an oven. Nothing like trying to recover from jet lag in a room that feels like an air fryer. It was awful. My wife is always cold and she thought it was hot. That's saying something. There are several other problems with this hotel but I'll leave it at that. I'll be at the W next time before a cruise .

The hotel in itself was quite costly. It advertised a whirlpool tub which we were told at check-in that they were all being serviced and none were available. We asked where we could find an ice machine and was told that they did not have any however, we could contact room service and a charge would be applied to the room. Finally there was not one single USB port we asked if there was an adaptor to allow us to charge relevant appliances and after two hours of waiting we went down to reception again where the team advised housekeeping would be straight up . After a further two hours we walked to the nearest electrical store and purchased the relevant adaptor.
I have never given a poor review however. for the price being charged I feel that the basic amenities should be available and basic customer service should be offered.
