The only complaints I have is I booked a room with a king size bed and the bed was clearly NOT a king size, there were no wash clothes in the room but the desk attendant was very quick to bring some and you could not see the TV from either the bed or the couch you had to sit at the dining table which was a little inconvenient

Room 201. The mattress and cover provided for the hide a bed was frayed and torn. The toilet was not secured so that it rocked and tiles in front of it appeared to be loss. We stayed here a couple years ago and the quality of the room itself was much nicer. It was on the first floor. The breakfast was very nice and the staff who assisted us with our stay was very attentive.

Perfect size for our family and breakfast was great. The rooms and some common areas needed attention.we were disappointed that the hot tub didn’t have working jets, the fireplace in our room was not functioning, poorly repaired tiles in the bathroom, slow shower drains, and torn linens. We also had a problem with the thermostat in our room but management was able to correct that.
