Staff were very nice and courteous Great location, 2mins walk to Victoria station What let it down was condition of the room. The bathroom had a lot of mould around the shower and should really be better maintained than what it was. Also my room was next to lift so i didn't sleep well with the noise.

Pefekt beliggenhet nær Victoria station. Hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening. Noen rom er små, men god seng og varmt vann i dusjen holder i massevis. Suverent å ta seg rundt i London med Z som utgangspunkt, både ved bruk av beina og undergrunnsbanen.

Great value hotel for its location (right outside Victoria Station). The rooms are VERY small but spotlessly clean with good bathrooms and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again if we have a short trip.
