However, the pool change rooms could have been cleaner. Judging by the amount of swimming lessons happening late afternoon, coupled with the hotel guest traffic, I suppose it was to be expected.

I didn’t do much but arrive and sleep, then leave again so can’t comment too much on food/facilities, but what stood out to me was the staff. I stay in a lot of hotels and what annoys me most is when staff couldn’t care less, especially on reception. Here it was the total opposite - warm, welcoming & a credit to the business. I appreciate it!!
