Terrible service and lack of help with issue

We booked through hotels.com , upon arrival the staff told us that we shouldn’t have been able to book the room, that they had technical issues and was not receiving online bookings and had no rooms available and was unable to assist us. I filed a dispute with hotels.com and they informed us this was a no refundable deposit - the issue was escalated and have to wait to hear back from a supervisor - this left us out of $$ with no room and had to scramble to find another. Do not book La Quinta in Lebanon!

The location is a bit far from Nashville but that's what I wanted and I enjoyed my stay, the room was mostly clean no major issues or concerns. Surprisingly they had items packaged individually which was super nice compared to the ones drilled into the wall. Front desk and staff were all cool, chill, and love that they were there went I needed something. 100% would stay again if I don't need anything specific to stay in Nashville proper.

Pleasant Accommodations and Great Value

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Lebanon. For the price, it was a GREAT value!! Very clean and quiet and a very nice hot breakfast in the morning. We will certainly stop there again if we pass through Tennessee!

A bit run down, but nice room.

Sara the manager was very helpful, maintenance and housekeeping were exceptional! There were a few options for breakfast which were kept well stocked. You can tell they did some upgrades to this old place, but they're not there yet. Overall it was a nice stay.

The gentleman you checked me in, was not very friendly. He was standing outside the door when I arrived at the property just didn’t give me that welcoming customer service. The room had lots of wear and tear the enamel chipping in the bathtub. The floor outside the bathroom was buckling, and there was a drawer in the bedroom that would not stay shut. The hotel was OK enough for the purpose maybe had somewhere to sleep. The continental breakfast was horrible but that’s OK. Also we had other options going places nearby. The location was convenient for me. Also unfortunately does not a lot in the area. I get it there were lots of people walking around That have us nervous people smoking marijuana on the property.

Don’t trust hotel.com photos.

For starters don’t waste your time using the online check in they email you. Wasted my time entering my info and card information to fill out paperwork with the same info when I arrived. The elevator makes some scary noises so maybe take the stairs. The Hotel appeared clean upon arrival until you look at the finer details. Sticky floors and things on the wall. Our feet were dirty after walking on the floor in our room. Room was outdated and things falling apart. Stains on bedskirts, food stuck to nightstand, peeling bathtub…I could go on. The pictures hotels.com are very deceiving I feel tricked and want my money back. Very thin walls. The family above us had people running back and forth late into night. When we finally had enough and asked the front desk for help we were told to “give them time to settle down.” The noise continued most of the night and we were woken up at 6am to it again. You could also hear traffic from the road inside the room. We had an item go missing from the back of our truck. When we called about this we were told they couldn’t look into it until Monday and didn’t ask for any information to follow up with us. One of the worst stays I have experienced. If you need an expensive stay with low expectations this is the place for you!
