Service was horrible. No one was at the desk when we first arrived. Requested a two bed room. She gave us a one bed. Key didn’t work gave someone a key to come open up the first room. Go back to tell her about the room she came open up another door and just put us in there. Was told she’d be back with our key and never showed up. Went to look for her wasn’t at the desk again. Went to get a key in the morning and the guy said no one was in the room. I told him because she just put us in there. Wasn’t anything like the picture at all. Worst hotel ever!

ID RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR

Wow. I don't even know where to begin. If it hadnt been late in the night, i would've definitely gone somewhere else. I considered actually sleeping in our van, but it was full of personal items. The room was absolutely gross. Bathroom falling apart, mildew growing all around the tub and shower, shower curtain was orange. Shower rod had more rust than a car in the junkyard. Sink didn't drain, like until the next day. I splashed water on the floor while trying to wash my face in the sink and when i used a towel to clean it up, you could tell the floor hadnt been mopped in a very long time. I will say that the water was hot, shower head had to be held while showering because it was falling off the wall. There was so much that it became unbelievable. Boogers on bathroom door, which had not even been wiped down. Who in the heck is cleaning these rooms?

Nicer and bigger than super 8!

Idk why super 8 in natchitoches has a better rating than here. This Motel 6 is actually pretty nice. And clean. Sure theyre remodeling some of the rooms but the rooms they offer are all in great shape. Much nicer than super 8. And at a better price. The rooms are big. And their air conditioners work great! After trying 3 different places in this area im sticking with this one. Dont let the other reviews fool you like they did me. I thought suoer 8 would be nicer. Seeing as how it cost more and had a better rating. But this is false. And the château in this area is nice, but the room is much smaller. Yeah. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area!

Business travels

Decent enough for the price. Clean room. Bathrooms need better ventilation. Make sure you keep you ID on you if you lock yourself out, one of the front desk workers likes confrontation. Mr. Ken, is always pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping that I have met are friendly and professional.

When I arrived to check in there were many men just standing around outside the rooms. I reserved a non-smoking room, but the only room available was up a flight of steep and dangerous stairs and the room had a strong smoking smell. I asked for another room and there was literally nothing available. I didn’t feel safe staying there, getting my bags to the room, or leaving my car in the parking lot. I instead had to sleep on a friend’s couch. The motel staff couldn’t refund me because I reserved and paid through Expedia. I couldn’t find a way to get a refund through the Expedia, so I paid for two nights that I did not use. This is the worst Expedia situation I’ve ever had and makes me question whether I’m safe to use the app for reserving rooms again.

Curtain on window missing hook to completely close, dead small roach in bathroom, dirty rug in shower, cold water knob broken off, floor very dusty, when got to dark room turned on light switch and none came on the lamp was unplugged completely and no blanket on bed and air conditioner set at 66 temp 68 outside.

Disgusting and way over priced. Scary to sleep in. Took a half hour and a customer service call to be able to check in only to be given a filthy room with broken doors, looks like blood and bullet marks all over, rotted food remains in the microwave, adjoining room door kicked in, half the lock gone for front door. Nasty and regretful staying here, the hassle checking in should have been my sign to run far from this place. Seriously considering never using Expedia again and just finding hotels on arrival because this place is trash.

This was the worst motel I ever stayed at. Besides no hair dryer, the place was filthy. My feet were covered in dirt off the floor. The bathroom sink didn't have a filter so when you turn it on water sprays everything , including the floor. They also charged me extra for a room with 2 queen beds but when I got into the room they only have double beds. They said I only reserved 1 room, not 2. The pictures are the shower drain( no, I did not use the shower), the cigarette burns in the comforter (in a non smoking room) the inch thick dust, and the bugs hanging in the cobwebs behind the curtains.
