The staff were friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was very clean and quiet. The temperature was very comfortable with the air conditioner unit running. The only large downside was the bed mattress which was incredibly uncomfortable. It was hard and has springs with no foam or softness. I was up many times in the night because of discomfort. Two days later my back and shoulders are still sore. I do not usually wake up sore from my night’s sleep.
