The property is fairly run down and the common areas reek of smoke. My room was adequate for my one night stay. The tv worked and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

The 1st room i checked into had a dirty bathroom so i switched rooms. When i got to the 2nd room there were roaches in the bathroom and bath tub It was pretty late when i checked in so ended up sleeping on top of sheets after i sprayed it down.

Worker walked into room early morning with beers in hands while laying with my daughter. Key card kept rejecting. Saw two roaches in the room. Floor was very dirty. Building looks like it’s falling apart. Man was sleeping in hallway middle of night. Overall worse experience ever!!

I booked this hotel to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my wife, expecting a clean and welcoming place based on the photos advertised online. Unfortunately, what we walked into was completely different from what was shown. The lobby looked neglected and poorly maintained. The elevator felt outdated and unclean. When we entered the room, it was clear the condition did not meet even basic standards. There was an unpleasant smell, visible wear and tear, and an overall feeling of neglect. This was nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. Instead of a romantic hotel stay, it felt more like a cheap roadside motel. This was supposed to be a special night for us. After seeing the lobby, elevator, and room, we made the decision to leave immediately. On Valentine’s Day. We were uncomfortable staying and had to find another place last minute. This is not about luxury — it’s about honesty and basic cleanliness. The property is misrepresented online, and guests deserve transparency. Because we did not stay due to the unacceptable conditions, I am requesting a full refund. I hope management takes this seriously and makes the necessary improvements so no other couple has to experience this. THIS IS FALSE AVERTISEMENT

When I walked in the door and saw a certain type of people just hanging out my first impression was this is the displaced personshotel. Ignored that and kept continuing to check in I got my room went to the room and both beds had linen and blankets that were totally just disgusting so I wrote it off and simply asked for another room. After getting a new room it was the same exact thing the blankets had with appeared to be sex things on them that were barely washed not just one bed but both beds so this is two rooms with the same thing I was not going to even ask for a third room because that told me how clean the hotel is. Never again buddy. This is not a bad experience for me this is just what I experienced and I would really think about checking into this hotel if you have any type of cleanliness about yourself
