I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Quality Inn and Suites Bensalem, PA. The condition of our room was totally unacceptable, but we arrived around 11:00 p.m. and we needed to leave by 8:00 a.m. and we really needed to sleep so we stayed. I gave a list of the problems in the room to the front desk when we checked out and the person didn't apologize or even really seem to care about everything that was wrong. The worst thing in the room was the mold found under the shower mat. There was a hair on the bed, crumbs on the floor, parts of the wall missing, the ice machine was broken and the whole place was in bad condition. For breakfast, the coffee was a very light brown and obviously watered down the waffle mix was also very thin so the waffles came out very cracked and airy. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is ok You get what you pay for. The refrigerator looked at though an orange soda busted in it. The toilet didn’t flush and the hot water in the sink didn’t work.

The most run fown quality inn i have ever seen. Absolutely appalling. That being said the room was clean. The sink top was broken, handle missing on the dresser, the tun was completely worn down. There was a coffee cup holding up the fire extinguisher in the hallway, the ice machine es were not even plugged in. Breakfast was so bad. Old muffins, one apple, no type of protein. I would add puctures but the upload picture feature is not working

Stayed there many times before for work it’s priced right and I don’t get bit lol no really and it’s relatively close to casino , broken goblet brewery and lots of food options. Easy to get on and off turnpike. And not too far from Philly for a day trip !

I was traveling to see my dying father, decided to stay at the quality inn, after spending an exhausting day driving 3.5 and visiting with my father i went to the hotel, honestly i would have just went elsewhere however i was just completely spent, the lobby seemed ok but after i checked in and started to the elevator i noticed dirty hallways and the smell of cigarettes, which the rooms are smoke free. We entered the room noticed punch marks on the broken bathroom door, broken toilet seat and the overall cleanliness was not worth the money paid. I have attached pictures. I absolutely will not stay here again

When I walked in the room it was trash on the entry floor, the toilet was running, the sink had dried up toothpaste on the faucet.The bathroom mirror was streaked. I’ve stayed here plenty of times but this by far was the worse room ever

Room looked nice. Hallways stuck, especially one of them. My room stunk as well but wasn't terrible. The room was overally pretty nice besides the smell. Staff was helpful regarding my concerns. Shower had ideal temperature and water pressure. I would come back again but with room spray.
