I paid for 8 days in advance had a family emergency and only stayed one night and they refused to return any of my money and i had offered to pay for 3 nights they will not be nice

This place was filthy…just filthy. The SMELL was horrible!!! There was a LARGE blood stain on the mattress which was barely covered by a thin sheet. There were also burns in the bed. I paid in advance for the room on Expedia but I DID NOT stay at this place. I walked away and did not look back. The floors and bathroom were disgusting as well. @Expedia, this place SHOULD NOT remain on this website!!! No Expedia customer would want to stay in a place like this at any price!!!

Food left in the fridge. Dirty or stained sheets. Bathroom was dirty. Upon check in, no one was there. Had to wait for someone to show up. Would not recommend this motel to anyone.

My sheets were stained, there is no shower curtain, there is no remote, 1 pillow and it’s super thin. I asked for a refund for the second night and they refused. Very bad place to stay don’t believe the 8 rating it should be about a 3 and staff is very loud and stingy when even asking for a pillow.

Just a wierd situation. More rooms at this location are for temporary permanent residents than are available for over night stays. Those folks were outside socializing and making noise til well after midnight. Children were out running and screaming playing tag and hide & seek til close to midnight. At check in the lady did not speak english. She dialed up some guy who walked me through hiw to check in using all these machines set out on the desk and then he talked to the woman in Hindu giving her instructions on what to give to me. VERY ODD. The property outside looked fine but the rooms were not well kept at all. Random holes in the wall, damage never fixed, and where it was it was painted with a different color paint and there was paint on the curtains. The cover for AC was missing. But they did keep the rooms pretty much clean. The towels were paper thin. The door on the vanity in the room would not stay closed.
