Forced to stay in Newark due to a plane delay, but this one was the wrong choice. Very old, run-down hotel. I never had wifi: they said they often have problems and simply make customers call their customer service. The first time I tried, no answer for 10-15 minutes. The next morning I got through but I couldn't hear the technician, who might have manually added me. How can you not have a viable wifi system?
In addition, around midnight, room-shaking music woke us up, apparently from a car outside? I had to call downstairs to ask them to do something. Made it clear that this was not a good area in which to stay. Breakfast was mediocre but could have been worse.
