This property is in a terrible part of Memphis. The hotel is surrounded by fencing with a gate to get in using your key card. There was a fight in the middle of the night with yelling and cursing that lasted 2 hours. There was a prostitute staying in the hotel who came out of her room as we were leaving and headed down to the street. All of the public areas- lobby and hallway- smelled like stale cigarettes. It was the absolute WORST hotel experience of my life! I can’t believe Expedia would put this property on its site without a Beware warning!

I found my room to be a comfortable place to sleep. There was a lot of vehicle noise that made sleeping difficult. The management was very quiet and didn’t seem to be welcoming like the previous hotel I stayed at.

I walked away after going into one of the rooms. It had roaches roaming around. Didn’t check for bed bugs but I am certain they were there. The area seemed unsafe and it took an Uber 20 mins to arrive.
