Staff were very helpfull, professional, and kind. The room was exactly what we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We were right across the street to the Georgia Mountain Coaster and close to downtown.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment the door opened. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in and they were kind enough to give us our parking sticker so that we could walk and enjoy town for a few hours. The rooms were clean and appeared to be recently updated. We were there during the week, so it was pretty quiet. Yes, there is construction next door, but hey, that’s life. My teens loved the pool - they keep it at a constant 72 and is in a covered building outside which was nice. Much Better than those places that have indoor pools that is loud and echoes with every sound.

Overall, the property was decent given its age. However, there were a few issues that made the stay less comfortable: 1. The first room had hair on the beds, raising concerns about cleanliness and whether the sheets are thoroughly changed between guests. Frankly, the beds were not very comfortable. 2. The TV never worked properly, which was frustrating and frankly unacceptable. 3. The air conditioning was difficult to operate and not user-friendly. Addressing these issues could go a long way in improving the overall experience and helping the positive aspects of the property stand out.

Very pleased with the property & location. Bed was comfortable & very nice amenities. The only problem was the room temperature was good but there was a lot of moisture in the air so the floor was wet (and a little dirty).

My family of three stayed here one night after climbing at nearby Mt. Yonah. It was a great price and location, and the staff was extremely kind. The beds were not that comfortable, and I certainly wouldn't have stayed in a double bed for more than one night, but it was exactly what I expected, and I would recommend it.
