The hotel needs many repairs. The carpet on the stairs is ripped in several places. The floors were dirty. There was a hole in the wall of our room. And other signs of neglect. On the positive, the room smelled clean and the receptionists were very nice and helpful.

Even though they were doing a renovation it was still clean and quiet rooms were pretty nice needs more storage like closets but other than that it was a nice stay

Snow was all over parking lot, not plowed or shoveled. The room did not appear to be cleaned, everything was dusty and smoky. The bathtub had a crack in it and a big hump in the floor, nasty curtains, it smelled stale and a bag of popcorn hanging in the window

Upon arrival I was told and up charge applied to my visit for a deposit because I had two small dogs, as well as a charge (more than the website stated) for each pet. After getting into room , stains on carpet. Window was wide open , toilet had to be flushed twice. Room appeared dirty and not cleaned. Shower was clogged and barely drained, towel rack and lock on door were broken. I got a room with two full size beds, not a queen bed like I originally booked. Not worth the hassle or money

The staff was very polite. However, the room had no place to hang any clothing/coats. There was also no chair. It was indicated at check-in that the room had a walk-in shower, but it wasn't. It was a regular tub with a shower.
