When we arrived, the guy at the front desk was nice and checked us in with no issues. However, there were people hanging around outside that were heavily intoxicated. When inside, we noticed a strong cigarette smell. We then got to our room, the floor was sticky, there was a stain on one of the bedsheets, and behind the bathroom door was not cleaned properly either. The people outside were trying to speak to my wife and little girl and she was extremely uncomfortable. Ultimately we checked out and left and found a hotel elsewhere. We explained this to the hotel desk employee and he was understanding.

Room was dirty, there was a bug in my room, when i first checked in they gave me the wrong room that i paid for then i went and told them it was wrong and then gonna tell me there are no more king rooms left available when i had already paid for the king room and had it reserved. Toilet lid had a cigarette burn on it and the tile in the bathroom was broken. The service at the front desk was also terrible he will talk to you how ever he feel like it.

The room was dirty, the bed sheets were stained, the flooring was in bad shape and sagging in the bathroom. Visible amount of dust and cobwebs all through out the room. I got to the hotel for check in and no one was around to help, no one answered the phone.

Friendly and respectful night clerk. I travel over the surface dog who only barks when someone knocked on the door because I’m hard of hearing she put in the system that no one should knock on the door unless it was absolutely necessary so that the dog didn’t bark. The room is clean and tidy so where’s the property? There was security at night overall a good state.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in My husband and I booked a cruise and needed a place close to the port looked great online (can’t believe everything you see online). They played music partying in the parking lot until the early morning hours a fight broke out then the building was surrounded with cops. The tv remote didn’t work we had to make numerous trips to the office they finally gave us a remote that worked. I do not recommend this hotel it’s flooded with people pacing the halls and the hotel parking lot.

Unsafe!!!!

Didn’t even finish checking in. Went in, the ladies didn’t even talk to me when I said I needed to check in, went back out, there was a car that pulled up with people who got out, clearly smoking pot and acting obnoxious, they all gathered around the hotel like they were staying there or meeting there, and one was flaunting around a gun. Decided to leave, asked for a refund and the people at the front desk said there was no gun, pot was legal and that the people who were acting unsafe were employees so there was no problem. In addition to that, there’s a sign posted right in the front that said if the kids are loud then they will kick you out. Unfortunately, young kids aren’t always cooperative at going to bed so once again, in addition to it not being safe, they wouldn’t have even allowed us to make it to the room without having a problem with the kids.

It was the most ghetto thing I’ve ever seen. There were a bunch of people hanging out all over the front making it extremely uncomfortable. They were grilling and smoking. There were drug addicts all over the place walking in between the cars in the lot. There was a person doing hair cuts in the staircase. There were prostitutes in a SUV stationed in the lot for all to see. They windows had blankets and towels cover so they can do their work.
