Don't waste your money

Room wasn't all that clean. Room service didn't clean the room other than replaced toilet paper and tissue. Beds weren't even made. Pillows where extremely dirty, had to use my own shirt as a pillow case till following day to purchase my own.

Woooo-hooooo!

I mean you get what you pay for. The room was $76 total for two double beds. We stayed in room 247. When we walked in the room was stuffy and smelt like sewage. So we turned on the AC which was SUPER loud and cracked the window which literally had a crack on the glass. The sewage smell was coming out of the toilet. During our stay I told my family to please not walk on the floor barefooted. The floor was vinyl material so no carpet. But didn’t want to take chances. It seemed to be clean but who knows if it was properly mopped. And this feeling of not knowing if the floor was properly cleaned came from the floors outside the room in the hallway. Which was filthy with so much debris it seemed that they haven’t vacuumed the carpet in days. During the night there was a party going on in the parking lot behind the motel. I don’t think those awesome party goers went inside until the sun was about to rise. We ended up closing the window which blocked out some noise. And then of course the super noisy AC helped to block out the rest of the parties noise. Breakfast was mediocre, with cold cerels, some sandwich bags of sliced store bought bread and a waffle maker. Plus, milk, orange juice and coffee. If you’re looking for a place to go to sleep then this is the place for you!

DONT STAY HERE!!!

VERY dirty hotel.When you want down th hall it feels as though you could fall through the floor!!! Smells very bad and was scary looking :( will NEVER stay here again!!! Also the front desk person was hard to understand and never explained to me where my room was or even my room number just tore the paper i signed and handed it to me.I was unsatisfied 1000%

Our stay in Farmington

When we visit friends in Farmington we always stay here. While the Rodeway is worn in the common areas the service and attentiveness of the staff make up for it.

Never Rodeway again!

building under construction; poorly maintained; bathroom in terrible condition; carpets in hall, filthy; floor broken next to bed; windows cracked/dirty; everything but beds and tv need updating/replacement. Bed linens and towels, OK; bed comfortable. All this for $200... customer should get a refund!

The whole propery smelled like an ashtray. Some lights and outlets in the room just didn't work. I was asked which floor I wanted to stay on. I asked for second floor and was then told there the only rooms that were clean were on the third floor. I wasnt told that the third floor was smoking rooms, so every time the AC clicked on, it wreaked of cigarettes. I booked this room months ago so I was pretty disappointed. I quit smoking over 2 years ago and this place made me nauseous. Furniture was all damaged, the bathroom was absolutely filthy and even the shower water smelled gross. Just save yourself the hassle and book literally anywhere else.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! I chose this property because of the price. Big mistake! The room was overall disgusting. The shower was stained and didn’t look clean at all. The pillows smelled like vomit. The window did not lock or close all the way, so there was a wind tunnel effect all night. The floor panels were coming undone. I couldn’t even walk barefoot in the room. Glad I was only there for one night and didn’t need to use the shower.

Not so good.

This was the most disgusting room I’ve ever had. Smelled like it was smoked in and dirty smell was awful. Bed horrible. Toilet and shower dirty. We left and drove another hour exhausted for another hour at 3 in the morning to Cortez Colorado to get another room. I should be paid for the time that was wasted. The check-in gal was friendly but this is hotel is a disaster.

The front entrance is under construction so you have to go to the other side to check. Continental breakfast could use a little work by possibly adding some fruit or yogurt. Clean rooms though.Would stay again.
