Lobby was dirty, the shower control valve was broken so you had blistering hot water or freezing cold nothing in between -thin towels, laminate flooring loose. some rooms had the door off the hinges, there was no security door to the outside. but it was quiet, staff was friendly, and it met my basic needs. not for everyone

ROOM WAS NOT IDEAL. PAINT FALLING OFF EVERYWHERE. THE FRONT OF THE HEATER KEPT FALLING OFF. BOTTOM OF BED ON RIGHT, WHAT WAS KEEPING IT UP MOVED AND SCRATCHED ME 4 TIMES.NONE OF THE SINKS HAD WATER PLUGS. WASTE BASKETS INCREDIBLY SMALL. WHEN FLUSHED TOILET WATER SWISHED FOR AT LEAST A MINUTE COULD SAVE THE OWNER MONEY GETTING THAT FIXED.

The good:The staff was friendly and helpful, that’s why the 1star. The bed was decent as well. The bad: I found and euthanized 3 cockroaches, 2 in bathroom and 1 inside the microwave? The toilet was plugged and the tv was removed from the wall mount and was lying on the table. The shower mixing valve was broken, severely dropping shower pressure.

The obe good thing was the staff was nice and the bed comfortable for a good sleep. Other than that here are the details. No complimentary soap, the TV sound was unusable the sink faucet and shower was a joke, but the worst were the unwanted roommates as in roaches in the sink and bathroom and possibly other places.
