It is dirty and pretty sketch. Our window opened and was easily accessible for people outside to open. We booked a handicap accessible room only to be told they do not have those and their chair lift was broken. No rooms were on the main level, you either had to go up or down stairs. Breakfast was in a smelly room tucked away and they basically had cereal and muffins. I never write bad reviews but I didn't want anyone else to go in thinking it is something that it is not.

We received our keys at 3:00 PM but did not return to enter the room until 9:00 PM. Upon entry, we found the room completely unacceptable. The air conditioning was broken, and the bedding was heavily stained with an unknown white substance.To make matters worse, the property felt entirely unsafe. There was constant shouting and running in the hallways, with people aggressively banging on doors.Because of the severe lack of cleanliness and safety, we checked out within 30 minutes and were forced to pay for alternative lodging down the road. Despite being in the room for less than half an hour, management refused to refund our first night, only agreeing to cancel the second night of our stay. We are currently out $240 for a room that was entirely uninhabitable. I highly recommend staying elsewhere.

The location, parking, gas station, convenient store, 24 hour dining restaurant, Denny's just besides it, quiet, friendly staff, especially the front desk guy KB is an amazing person, friendly, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and will be back.

Very good value simple hotel. Staff are excellent. Rooms are just fine. It's next to the freeway but the room noise on the bottom level was very low. They take pets and it's very convenient for visiting Olympia.

Looked for a hotel under $150 with a pool for the kids and okay with dogs. We arrived at 11pm. Check in went well. Nice front desk staff. The parking lot was littered with trash. Even in the path you were to drive, I was dodging soda bottles and a shoebox. Tons of weeds in the landscaping. The carpet in the hallways inside is old and musty. Where they replaced patches, the carpet is a different color. There was a hole in our comforter. A large stain on the carpet. When I put the toilet seat down, there was an opened packet of hand soap. Breakfast was a joke. We went an hour before it was to close up, and there was hardly anything there at all. Looking then at the pool, it wasn’t in use and looked a bit cloudy. We passed on that too. And the shower… The water trickled out, at best. And as we headed to checkout, we saw a man coming out of his hotel window and passing things between it and his van! It didn’t feel too unsafe, but I wouldn’t let my kids walk around without me — and there teens. We won’t be going back. Gross. All of it.
