Pictures were not what the hotel looked like. 1 room was more updated than the other. One room had 3 outlets only. The hotel is old.

Dirty and dangerous place no service, just hostile

There was no service if anything just angry staff and sarcastic. Disgusting, dirty, horrible place that can care less about hospitality in any form. I mean just being polite would have been nice. From the moment I checked in I was told there was no bathroom, I am an elder Vet and quite disturbed that this was concidered exceptable. Broken floors, no hot water, no service, when requesting for a clean towel told they dont offer them everyday, keep in mind with diabetes and neuropathy cleanliness is important, but so was having a first floor as I can bo longer do stairs without help. I was told this request a head of time now during check in could not be honored, well told no! The pool dirty, closed eyesore, benches bent broken, no where to safely sit outside. Parking lot had car on jacks unsafe and a couple abandoned cars filled with trash and again gross, nothing like advertized. I request my money back Im not sure how to handle this. Also, continental breakfast was another reason I chose this place but they didnt even offer this, they had nothing infact that is advertized. For example clean towels, a fridge that doesn't fall everytime you open it, lights that actually light up the room would have been a great start. Overall this place needs new owners that will hire staff that have the capacity to help customers, that are not rude and sarcastic to the elderly. They did not take trash nor have a trash bin to throw it away if you wanted to. Risky place to stay don't bother.

No! Just, no!

This place is a dangerous mess. I’m including pictures so you can decide for yourself. The room was clean, but the faucet never shut off. The grounds are extremely dangerous! If you do stay here, make sure you are downstairs. The stairs to the second floor are probably ten inches high. I tried to add photos but the app won’t let me.

not worth the stay

We were in town form my son's graduation from Boot Camp. The location was probably the best thing out of the whole stay. The room was not very clean. Floor was filthy, the bed moved and it was nasty behind it. The bathroom looked like there was old urine on the floor by the base board. The first night we were there there was someone high, singing by the pool all night. The area around the pool smelled nothing but urine. I will not be staying there again.

Oh to be young again

Very much a hotel my younger self (newly 21) would have loved. Cheap, easy, around everything. However, wish I would have gotten a non smoking room and also that cleanliness would have been a higher priority. Good amount of splatter from what I would assume, and hope, is from alcohol due to previously held parties. Overall, I was able to lay down, fall asleep, and move on the next morning. Everything you could ask for

Worst hotel I have stayed in for years.

Friendly staff, but needs a deep clean

The staff was very friendly! The rooms needed a really detailed cleaning. We had to clean the bathroom door and all the light switches. They were dirty and greasy. The floor needed a good scrubbing as well. It's an Ok place to stay for a night or two. No hot breakfast as advertised. 😢

My icy experience!!

They call us to see if we were going to make, that gave us a good sign. However, the oveall of the facility was not satisfactory. I guess we cannot blame it too much on the admin on the snow icy surroundings since the weekend was a historical weather situation. But was slippery everywhere. They are selling queen size beds, but those are just a full size beds. The breakfast offerings were disappointing. Coffe was descent strong. The bedding need to be completly change mine were burn and stained. Housekeeping: my room had used soap, used towel on the bathroom door and dusty floors. The goods, I neede sheets forbthe sofabed , they brought those quick. My sister needed towels those took a minute but made it nice and warm.
