Property in a bad area of Ocala. People in the rooms next to us and above us smoking marijuana and partying. The room itself was a nice size and half of the room has been renovated as far as floors bedding and beds, the bathroom is in dire need of help. I was in 103 which is a handicap room, the bathroom was dirty clothes for dirty, molding coming off the wall, pocket or was dirty and rotting need I go on . Two queen beds in the room, one was way too high for a handicap person to get in it and the other bed was normal for a normal person but a person with a handicap, I was unable to get in it. I actually had to buy a stool in order to get it. There were no tables or chairs in the room, there was a bathroom shower chair which is what I had to sleep in. Breakfast was to be till 10:00 however this place closed at 9:00 a.m. I was there for a family wedding the price of this place was not cheap and I would have expected better of a Wyndham property. I feel I deserve a refund if not all a partial one due to the inconvenience of a handicapped room. How do you put a person in a room with not one chair in it or a table to eat at? I will never stay in any type of a Wyndham hotel again. Looks great on papers and pictures but don't believe what you see stay away from this place.
