The man at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The hotel itself is a little run down especially the pool area. Breakfast wasn't that great. They ran out of things and did not restock them, specifically, the biscuits and gravy and all the syrup containers were also empty. .

The room was clean but definitely in need of repairs. Older hotel in need of some paint, new furniture, new electronics. Water stains on the ceiling, veneer peeling off the vanity, stains in the shower (looked like blue hair dye or something.) Did not try the complimentary breakfast. Did not use the wifi so unsure of quality. Tv would not connect to Netflix despite saying it was connected to internet. Over all decent area and clean. Would I stay there again? Would probably see what other options are available in the area.

We had a group staying at the hotel in order to catch a very early flight. We needed to be at the airport at 4am, but their shuttle doesn't normally start until 4am. They agreed to start their shuttle an hour early to get all of our group to the airport on time. Staff was very friendly with us, and rooms were comfortable.

Staff was rude and inconsiderate. They wouldn’t get off the phone to provide customer service. The bathroom was dirty when we checked into the room and was not cleaned the entire stay we were there. We checked out a day early and staff wouldn’t get off a personal call to check us out of the hotel and only gave me a thumbs up.

The room was nice, but not fully functional—the shower activation was stuck, making the showerhead unusable. With no maintenance available to fix it, we were sent to another room just to take a shower, which was very inconvenient. There was no supervisor or manager on-site to address questions about the issue, and the front desk was unattended for 5 to 8 minutes before someone showed up. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Whole lobby smelled like sewer water. The a/c sounded like a freight train running through the room. The bathroom tiles were not glued down. The staff person was very nice but had to wait every time for them to stop vaping to answer the front desk.

Propreté de la douche/chambre en general serait a revoir. Qualite des elements au dejeuner a revoir( oeufs pleins d'eau, saucisses avec croquants, etc) ... Service bien, piscine ok mais spa non fonctionnel. Y retourner j' essaierais un autre hotel.
