Needs more time in the oven.

Was taking a short trip, family/business, and last minute decided a room would be safer than driving tired. Got on the interweb and found a deal. Well folks, you get what you pay for, but not what they advertise. Greeted by construction debris and the smell of curry was not what i had in mind. No hot tub either, brought my shorts too. Obviously new owners, inexperienced ones. Needs a lot more fit and finish, at this point it's lipstick on a pig.

Window opens, but I wouldn't put toddlers in this room. Big hole in nasty screen. A/C unit cover falling off of every unit I've seen.

Don't be picky.

We stayed there for one night because we were leaving early from the airport in the morning so it was very convenient.The front desk staff was very nice.They are remodeling the hotel, so some parts were a mess.But the breakfast area was clean and they had nice food for us in the morning.

Stay away from this place.

I missed my connecting flight and needed to book a room. I booked at this hotel and then found out I no longer needed my reservation. I tried to cancel within an hour and they would not give me a refund. They tried to pass the buck to the booking agent and said it is up to them if I get the refund. I called the agent and they said that is not true it is up to the hotel. When I reached back out to the hotel they had already charged my card and said they would not refund it. I was extremely disappointed in their management for doing this. It was late at night and they would not have been able to get the room to another person.

Stay somewhere else.

My experience here was horrible. My reservation was from March 5 -31 @$1800. After 2 weeks here my family got kicked out for cooking. Pool was closed, exercise room was small only had a few pieces of equipment, can't take breakfast to your room. Was not much in breakfast area to be like that. Wanted to charge a fee to check in early. No business center but they might print a page or two, can't get my certificate mailed there. A few times housekeeper skips my room. I was waiting for service. Glad I clean my own room because they didn't. Hair still on the floor. The Indian man tried to say it was a new hotel. It was a Super 8 they are renovating. Not very friendly or welcoming. Then after evicting me they would not check the room. The next day they said. But after leaving they did. No damage on my end amd was only refunded $724. If you only need 1or 2 nights it might be ok. Otherwise do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The Quality Inn was more accommodating.

I stayed there so that i could leave my car for 5 days. I was informed that it costs $60 for the first week and then $7 a day there after. I opted to park at the airport. The place is under construction and the pool is closed. I do not recommend staying here.

NEVER AGAIN!!!

They advertise an airport shuttle, and I called to request this service about ten minutes before 10pm, and was told no shuttles after 10 pm. They refused to pick us up, so we again had to pay extra for an Uber. I pre-paid through the app for a much higher quality room, but was forced to take a crappy, dirty room with no refund of the difference, and I had to pay a pet fee on top.
