Ocean Park is transitioning from Vacasa to another company. The front desk person was very unhelpful and didn’t seem informed about the changes. I had some issues accessing our room because the code didn’t work. The front desk person acted unconcerned. I had to call for help and also chat with another person. It took over an hour to access our room. If the front desk person made any effort to help he could have had our problem resolved in a few seconds.
The room was very spacious and we had three windows facing the beach.
They no longer provide room coffee so be sure to bring your own,
