Property is not as decried, towels, bedding was dirty, old and smelly. Mildew on shower, shower curtain. Hallways have holes and mildew. This property has a great location. Hopefully Expedia update the pictures and lower the price. This was a big led down. I was catfish by Expedia and this hotel. I got pictures to prove it.

Property was unhealthy, not safe, a lot of moho odor, showing walls interior/exterior damaged, wall with big holes, floors without illumination (obscure) with tiles broken, electrical wiring exposed, ascensor not functioning, A/C not working, dirty bed clothing with red stains, dusty courtains. Receptionists with lack of good manbers. Room was rejected/refused due to unsafe and unhealthy conditions. We do have pictures to support statement.

Hurricane battered 5 months ago, in need of repair

I start with the positive - Good location not far from the beach. One major road to cross, but ir could be done in stages. - I had no problem with the reception or cleaning staff. Nice people with a good attitude. - The hotel pool water looked decently clean, i have seen a lot worse in Mexico. Mostly chairs and few sunbeds, but not crowded. Most guests head for the beach why it did not gets crowded. - A/C was good. Too good, I turned it off completely at night. - Hotel room beds were "decent". A bit dated, but not dirty. - Hotel room ceiling, walls and floor had good finish. The issues: - Debris from hurricane Otis had been piled up on the hotel parking lot. 5 months later still not removed, and a pile of garbage attracts more garbage. - Hotel elevator buttons were a mess. Very difficult to press a button to get a reaction from the elevator. It was not helpful that many of the light diodes in the buttons were broken. - Bathroom details: the toilet paper holder broken and no shower curtain. The warm water was not very hot. - Strange placement of cloth hangers, in the bathroom. - The balcony not useful for much more than drying wet clothes. Narrow, and with some view of the ocean. - Breakfast opened late compared to the surrounding street cafés.Not tried the all inclusive package, but it is highly doubtful it is worth the extra penny. The hotel bar looked pretty desolated most of the time. Fixing the last details, not all are costly, would raise my ratings +1.

Recepción muy buena por parte del personal, habitación muy limpia, pero... Las condiciones del hotel están muy malas, no se ve que le hagan mejorías en su aspecto o presentación, en pocas palabras esta muy descuidado el hotel, y no puede ser posible que al pedir una bebida en el bar te digan que no cuentan con limón para poder prepararla, la TV no funciona, te dan un control remoto que tampoco funciona, no hay canales para ver por lo que si opinaría que es necesario más atención en esos puntos ya que deja mucho que desear y la verdad si lo pensaría para volver a hospedarme con ellos si no mejora en esos aspectos, saludos y gracias.

Horrible disgusting room. No toilet seat. Shower curtain looked like it was from a horror film. A chunk of counter was missing showing concrete, Elevators were broken too. I left. Este hotel realmente es un fraude, las fotografías no tienen nada que ver con la realidad, no solamente está en ruinas la mayor parte del hotel, si no que las habitaciones están muy mal conservadas y la ropa de cama sumamente sucia! Ni siquiera pudimos quedarnos a dormir en la propiedad, tuvimos que conseguir otro hotel que estuviera en mejores condiciones.

Hola, mi problema fue tanto el hotel como las habitaciones y áreas comunes. La verdad me vi en la necesidad de no pasar ninguna noche ahí aunque ya me habían cobrado toda la estancia. El hotel parece que está a punto de caerse los pasillos tienen grietas enormes que se puede ver el pasillo del piso de abajo, muy malas condiciones, colchones horribles, se sienten los resortes, sábanas y almohadas sucias con muchas negras, habitaciones en ruinas junto a algunas que si rentan ofreciendo, no tienen pantallas algunas habitaciones, los balcones están con pedazos de construcción caídos igual que los pasillos, los pasillos de áreas comunes sin luz, no corresponde en nada a lo que se ofrece en las páginas la verdad es para que protección civil vaya a ver si aún es habitable por las condiciones en las que está, a mi familia le dio miedo quedarse ahí ni siquiera por una noche y eso si me dijeron que no hay reembolso pero no te dicen cuando rentas las condiciones en las que te tendrías que quedar. Pésima experiencia y pesimo servicio
Pasillo del tercer piso que se ve para abajo en el segundo piso y podemos ver muy delgado y muy peligroso, es de terror pasar por ahí.
Ni siquiera se dan la tarea de recoger lo que se cayó ahí lo dejan.
Aquí se ve el pasillo de otra vista, pasas y se siente movimiento la verdad por nuestra seguridad nos salimos de ahí.
Habitaciones en estas condiciones junto a habitaciones que te rentaban así que con que seguridad uno entra ahi

Parece un hotel de película, pero película de miedo, no servían 2 focos y nunca los cambiaron, la habitación olía a orines, sudor y humedad y al querer abrir la ventana tenía safada la agarradera y no se podía abrir, el colchón que básicamente es una colchoneta por delgado, estaba muy sucio, el asiento del baño quebrado, en general el peor hotel en el que emhe estado, y eso que me costó 5,000 la noche en año nuevo
