Our air didn’t work in our room. Took them over an hour to even come look at it and move us to another room. There was groups of kids that were running throughout the hotel all night. There was also bloody toilet paper in the hall.

It wasn't bad. But at the same time, it kinda sucked. This wasn't more the hotels fault, but the walls are pretty thin. We had some idiots next to us who didn't respect others and proceeded to be loud past midnight. Also, breakfast was kinda confusing. I wasn't sure if they offered it or not based on how small the area was. Also Parking... They didn't have ANY parking available. Had to pay for my parking elsewhere. Really sucked.

Well for starters, check in time is anytime after 4pm so when I went to check in at midnight to get the response of, “Can you give us 10-15 minutes to clean,” I’m of course going to be upset. Our room should’ve been ready. Then we had originally booked a double queen room for them to move us into a 1 king bed, not too big a deal, just annoying. Then once in our room, the fire alarm kept beeping every thirty seconds and instead of fixing the issue, they moved us to another room again. We slept, then in the morning, our shower was broken so we grabbed our things and went back to the first room to get ready for the day. None of the bathrooms even matched when it came to providing product either. All around terrible experience and I will not be staying there ever again.

We booked before the hotel charged names and owners. We arrived after a 10 hour road trip only to find out that our room was still not clean. We were finally put in a room at 10:30p.m. The desk attendant did everything she could to help us. It was out of her control. Air conditioner didn’t work the first night, so we switched to a different room the next night.

Booked our room 3 weeks in advance and they sold our room to someone else without telling us until we checked in. We were in town for a concert so all other hotels were completely sold out. I would never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone. Terrible customer service with no remorse for the situation.

The booking system is a total mess. The hotel was overbooked and one of our two rooms was unavailable. Staff promised it would be ready the next day, and instead it was cancelled completely. Every time we were in the lobby, there was a long line of angry people at the front desk—We heard one group say they’d walked into the room they were given and it was filthy. Another said they’d walked into a room with people asleep in the beds. We tried out the pool to make the best of the amenities, and it was so chlorinated you couldn’t see anything under your waist, and our eyes all burned from the smell. They’re really going through it here. Don’t stay.

Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Our check in time was scheduled for 4pm and we were not able to get in our room until closer to 6pm. They were overly busy and limited staff but the staff that helped us were wonderful. Beds were comfortable and the room nice but overall the hotel needs updates.

It all started when we were told they did not have our payment that was paid two months prior. The mattress was hard on our back and the ice machine did not work. The air was not cold. Front desk was rude when we tried to explain and they kept cutting us off. Trying to contact hotels.com and now they show they don’t show payment when we have receipt showing we paid back in April

Booked two queens, got 1 king for 3 people. Fully booked so no way to switch. Stains all over the room, even the toilet. Probably my worst hotel experience ever tbh. They were severely underprepared for a double event situation with a Kendrick Lamar/SZA stadium tour and a MLB game on the same day. The line to check in or out was wrapped around the entire lobby and out the door. No parking or information on parking whatsoever. Info online said there would be valet. There was no valet. I would actually rate this as a 1 or 2 star hotel, definitely not a 3. Get it together.

I’m currently trying to file a claim because I paid for this room through hotels.com on May 27. When we arrive to the hotel yesterday evening at 6 PM we were told they did not have a room for us. They lied and said that there was no clean rooms And they held onto that lie until I asked them to be honest about over booking the hotel. There were at least 10 other people with the same situation in that exact hotel. this hotel knew exactly what they were doing, they promised rooms they did not have and people who paid were left out of a room. We had to drive home five hours at 11 PM after our show because the hotel would not give us a room and would not give us our money back. and hotels.com is not making this easy for me right now to figure out how to file a claim. This needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. This hotel scammed your business. We paid for a room we never stayed in. And the hotel did absolutely nothing to help us or accommodate us. Or the many others that were changing in their bathroom in the lobby for a show while there was feces all over the wall. This hotel is disgusting. I cannot believe we had to go through this.

Hotel room was the filthiest, smelliest room I have ever been in. Door was open on arrival and would not close, black mold, hair and grime in bathtub, wallpaper peeling off with moist walls and carpet. I booked another hotel and left after 5 minutes.

Family stay after visiting the City Museum and be before visiting the Arch. Convenient location, can walk to the Arch and Busch stadium. Disappointed that the hotel bar and restaurant both closed before 9 pm on a Saturday night making us walk about to find food elsewhere.

Our initial interaction was the front desk lady (white w/brown hair) getting into it with a guest , she then attempted to help me , but was unable to find my reservation, didn’t ask the other lady for help just said we have another one then without any assistance or explanation she just began talking to the next guest. Extremely unprofessional , Thankfully the other lady was very polite, helpful & had a way for the information & communicated much more then the other lady. She got us a room took about 45 mins. We had 2 rooms , our tv didn’t work , rooms looked like they needed work , & one room still had trash in the bin , but we got back in late from sight seeing so didn’t push it , some lights only partially worked . Overall the stay was just what it was needed a place to lay our heads , but the one front desk lady could definitely use some extra training to do her job efficiently or at least communicate what she has to do and what steps are next.

The hotel was under construction so the floor our room was on was a mess. Parking was horrible, the parking lot is also under construction. So you have very limited street parking and a pay lot. They say they offer breakfast however they don’t. The room its self was very nice. Just getting to the room is less than desirable conditions.

This was a business trip and while the staff were very friendly, we had some concerns about the cleanliness of the space. The room next to ours appeared to be in the middle of a deep clean/mattress change, which gave us concerns for the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The location was fairly convenient, but the hotel could use a face lift, and the surrounding road leading to the hotel could use some repairs. We heard from multiple colleagues who live nearby that this was not a safe area, though we did not experience any issues ourselves. All staff that we talked with were friendly and helpful. The pool looked like fun, though we did not have time to use it.
