Our initial interaction was the front desk lady (white w/brown hair) getting into it with a guest , she then attempted to help me , but was unable to find my reservation, didn’t ask the other lady for help just said we have another one then without any assistance or explanation she just began talking to the next guest. Extremely unprofessional , Thankfully the other lady was very polite, helpful & had a way for the information & communicated much more then the other lady. She got us a room took about 45 mins. We had 2 rooms , our tv didn’t work , rooms looked like they needed work , & one room still had trash in the bin , but we got back in late from sight seeing so didn’t push it , some lights only partially worked . Overall the stay was just what it was needed a place to lay our heads , but the one front desk lady could definitely use some extra training to do her job efficiently or at least communicate what she has to do and what steps are next.
