The Seaway Motel was excellent for my stay in LA: clean, comfortable, quiet and at a great location for me. The fridge and microwave were a perfect addition. Especially appreciated were the helpful, ever present staff and the right-outside- your-door, free parking!

Quite little motel. Lots of parking. Good size rooms. Clean. I stay here when I come to appointments around the area. Great price and motel.

This was my second stay here. It is a low priced option in a safe, central location in Los Angeles. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. AC was loud, but worked great during the hottest week of the year in the city, with temperatures outside in the 100s. Room was clean with the exception of some towels that still had stains on them. Also, the fan vent in the bathroom should be replaced. The metal grate is corroding and there is a lot of dust stuck in the crevices inside. I grew up in the neighborhood and I will continue to stay here whenever I return for a visit of my hometown.

Clean room at a decent price. The room had a bit of a chemical cleaning smell to it, but it was a good place to rest our heads.

Clean, quiet, cozy convenient place to stay to relax and unwind after working long hours when I’m in town.

Small and cozy room, perfect for pairs of travelers or couples. The room was nicely kept overall, though the bathroom had slight discoloration and peeling paint. Keep in mind that the check-in time is 3 pm, although if you ask the staff, you might be able to check in a little earlier (Thank you for the generosity!). Highly recommended for the price!

I greatly appreciated the exceptional service provided by **Bahia Principe Esmeralda**. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout my stay. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day and was always comfortable and well-maintained. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious and healthy options. The swimming pools were clean, well cared for, and pleasantly warm. I also enjoyed the many activities and entertainment programs, which were well organized and suitable for guests of all ages. I highly recommend Bahia Principe Esmeralda, especially for families with children. It is a wonderful resort that provides outstanding service, excellent facilities, and an enjoyable vacation experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

Plenty of parking, even spot right in front of your door. Wall AC worked great to cool down the room.

Perfect stay, my new go-to when staying in the area. If you're not honeymooning, don't need anything fancy, just need a place to stay, this is it. Clean, very spacious for the price, hard wood floor (which I prefer over carpets when staying at hotels/motels), everything I wanted, plus the parking space is right in front of your door, what more could I ask for?. And the check in and check out were friendly and fast.

For price it was quiet and safe. There was stains on mattress so a bit uncomfortable, but i got an extra sheet. Staff nice. Needs some upgrades, but ok. The AC worked well, but room a little musty

The room is big enough , clean , bed is comfortable . Parking is easy , close. However , the air vent cover in bathroom is very old , bent , very rusty and has a spiderweb. Vanity sink drains slowly. It takes a long time , close to 4 minutes, for the shower water to get warm enough to get under. I feel guilty wasting water especially in CA .
