Charming little boutique motel that offers many amenities that even higher-end hotels do not offer. (Pool, Gym room, decent breakfast bar, beer and wine bar with a good variety of craft beers and good wine, heated salt-water pool, and colorful artwork and poetry.)
Friendly, helpful staff and 24-hour service. (Late at night, a staff member helped me find a working remote for the TV.)
There is no microwave, but I was allowed to use the one in the lobby. No meals other than breakfast, but fast food snacks if you're into that. Tamalies, house-made gourmet cheese sandwiches are offered at the bar.
There is a nice, clean working fridge (small-sized retro-style), a work desk, and even books and sidewalk chalk to keep your interest. Good wifi signal. A/C is LOUD and even when it cycles off, it sounds like the Tasmanian devil gargling. But I highly recommend this place, I'll be back
