Room was dirty as was one towel. The bed made noises when I rolled over. When the heater turned on it vibrated so loudly that it would wake me up a night. Staff was friendly, but the conditions were unacceptable.

I didn't stay after less than 5 minutes in the room just looking it over. The bed was covered in stains comforter, sheets and bed cover. The bathtub was chipping and falling apart. The room hadn't been vacuumed or swept in probably months. I went to get my money back and the manager refused to refund me.

When i walked in, the staff was being rude to another guest, then charged them $20 to use the shuttle back to the airport. The outside walk to the room was in poor shape, and felt unsafe to walk on. The room appeared clean, but the bed was very poorly built. Every move to just sit or turn over, sounded like metal rubbing.

Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing due to the unacceptable cleanliness of both rooms we were given. The first room was visibly unsanitary- the floor was sticky, and there were crumbs, dirt, hair, and general filth throughout. We reported this to the front desk and were given a key to another room. The staff member did not inspect the new room or verify that it was clean, and unfortunately, the second room was just as dirty as the first. Given the condition of both rooms, I contacted corporate immediately, as it was evident that cleanliness is not a priority at this location. After doing so, the manager emailed us with statements that were blatantly false. They claimed they had shown us the second room and that we confirmed it was satisfactory, neither of which happened. They also stated we waited several hours to raise our concerns, when in reality I notified the front desk within 15 minutes, and called corporate within 15 minutes of entering the second room. Not only was the property in unacceptable condition, but the manager chose to provide inaccurate information rather than address the issue professionally. I have escalated this matter again to corporate, though I am not confident any meaningful action will be taken. If you are looking for a clean, well-maintained room, I strongly recommend avoiding this property. We skipped the free breakfast, as we did not trust the food's cleanliness given the overall lack of sanitation observed at the motel.

the room was filthy to where i felt sick waking up. i pull the vents out of heater there was a inch thick of dust stuck to them. i tapped them outside door to shake off took pics of dust that scattered. Everything was dusty , the bathtub looked so bad i didn’t bath i took a bird bath for two day i was there. you can tell faucets weren’t wiped. They made such a big deal about the deposit and gave me this discussing room i thought it was a set up to keep deposit so i tell front desk how bad it was and he said you get low rate because it’s not cleaned. Like i understand old blankets, needs paint, older decorations but filth is not right to expect anyone to lay in. No toilet paper was in room either but they did have a box of tissues. I was in a desperate situation i just became homeless all my stuff in parking lot. the main guy said you can leave real loud and nasty. i just got the run down on how to leave this room i go to room see its a mess i felt i had to tell someone. The whole staff i ran into was short and not polite. One good thing the manager did do for me is i took my last dollar and rent a room for two weeks in advance non refundable. they said online it couldn’t be rented and he said call them they will fix it and gave me a little time to have call made and problem fixed. i would have been on street last night if he didn’t talk me through that one. I’m very grateful to him for that. i had problems getting checked out i went to desk at 6am couldn’t get anyone
