Well unfortunately we didn't get there until late at night and not familiar with the area. So with that said we really went off the pictures off the website. Well let's just say the pictures really need to be updated. There are no curtains in the room. They have these large blinds that look like projector screens and not in a good way. The room was filthy. We had to clean before we could shower and go to bed. One thing I can say as a plus for the place is that there were no roaches there.

Broken toilet seat, dead bolt on entry door does not latch. Security latch on entry door was inoperable. Cable tv not working. TV was pulled away from wall mount and propped up on night stand unplugged. Hallway very dirty. No soap or shampoo. Sofa missing seat cushines. Dirty and unsafe. Over priced. Never again.

The room had roaches, filthy floors, no towels at all. The front door to our room had been kicked in while the swing arm was over as an extra security measure. That piece was ripped off and never fixed. The a/c unit had fuzz balls in it showing just how much they care about cleanliness.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. The ONLY positive thing was the cleaning g lady was super friendly and responsive. I travel with my elderly disabled mother who has a service dog. When I told them at check-in that she had a service dog, they asked for papers, which I believe under the ADA and Florida statute. They cannot ask that and when I did not provide, they made me pay $75. Of course, I stated the law and he said he is allowed to ask for it very rude so of course, I got a receipt and had him hand right on there that he demanded to see paperwork and made me pay a fee. I will not be returning to this place price definitely not worth it.

They put me in room the tv was on a table leaning againt the wall it ws not a double queen as pid for it was 2 singles. The closet doors were broken off the hinges and leaning against the wall with no place to hang my clothes. I had to hang them in the bathroom. Outside had trash al thrown around had garbage cans over flowing on the ground. When i walked by the rooms i could smell a strong stinch of pot parties. No ictures on the walls it seemed like a converted storage area and not the picture of the rooms as described. Broken down vehicles in front of my room like it was a shade tree mechanics parking lot sitting on jacks. A mistake was made on my reservation by hotels.com that cost me 2 additinal days that i paid for while not being there. Even though i checked out 2 days early hotel would not give me a refund. If i was ble to submit pictures here i would post the pictures i took of this dump hole. Choice Hotels should take their name off of anything to do with this place because it really gives them a bad name. They would not even give me an updated check out converfation after i had asked 3 times. It is ashambed Choice hotels will not stand behind their visitors when their name is on the sign. If you go by this place keep going. Unless you feel at home in the slums. Ive got lots of pictures to back up these words.

The floor was a dirty. My feet and sox got dirty by walking on it. There seemed to be mold in the corner of the shower. We were given towels on check in but that was only bath towels. There were no washcloths or hand towels and I had to ask for those. There was't a bath mat in the bathroom, which made me feel unsafe because I was worried about falling with my wet feet. The smoke detector wasn't working...It kept beeping. We took it to the office but were ever given another one. I really didn't like having to check in through a window on the outside of the building. There seems to be a nice big lobby so I should've been able to go inside. It was cold outside and it was hard to hear through the window because there was no speaker hole and the street noise is very loud. It was hard to communicate this way. The grounds looked a little dirty...I nearly stepped in dog poop in the parking lot. Parking was easy and the beds were comfortable however, I would have liked more pillows on the beds.

Room. Was. Awful. We were the first apartment at the top of the stairs. We reserved two queen beds and got one double bed. The sheets were stained. The dresser drawers were broken, including missing drawers. The sink and toilet and tub were dirty, and that’s an understatement. The window in the bedroom to outside was boarded up leaving only one means of exit in the event of an emergency. I would never recommend staying at this location.
