This hotel was very clean and in a great location for enjoying Kerr Reservoir. The best part of this place was the service from the front desk staff. We arrived real early in the morning. There are only 2 levels, but no elevator. After sharing that we physically couldn't walk up and down all those stairs (with luggage in tow), we were given a room on the first level at the same price. The front desk staff who checked us in did not subtract our room deposit and we were charged the full price. I'm waiting for the deposit to be refunded back to my account. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The continental breakfast was a plus, when we actually got there before 9. The on site staff was good, but was limited in what they could actually do to assist with pricing adjustments. The view was awesome.

Just ok

Property was OK. They did not have a crib or a bed for my toddler. Breakfast was offered but mediocre. Check-in took longer than it should have. You can tell they’ve done some renovations, but a lot is still needed. The hotel is convenient and right on the water. We did not find the beds or the pillow is comfortable at all, my children slept on the pullout couch and that was awful as well. We had to go to the front multiple times for towels, soap, and blankets and sheets. Overall, it was just average nothing extraordinary, but nothing awful either.
